We stopped in here on a Sunday night in August on our way back to the hotel for the night. There weren’t many people at the time. We sat at the bar and had a drink each, no food. Drinks were good. The bartender was friendly and personable.

Soon as we entered, no one greeted us. We wasn't serviced. After waiting about 30mintues, a waiter finally came to our table, to tell us she was leaving and to go to the bar to order.

The food was okay. The service was poor. The bartender skills a zero. Sarah was bartending this evening and they have two IPA’s on tap. I inquire as to what type and she says IPA’s… I’m like no kidding? How about west coast, New England, hazy, hoppy… she has no idea. Great. Fast forward to bourbon. They have Jefferson’s Ocean voyage 24. One of my favorites. The manager and I are talking about it and he gives me a small sample. Sarah comes by later, asks if I need anything and I say yes I’ll have an old fashioned with JO voyage 24. She murders the drink. Using a sugar cube it’s beyond overly sweet. Too much bitters and muddles an orange slice versus the peel of the rind from the orange. It doesn’t even come on a big cube. And they do have them as I just had a poor neat on one. I have 3-4 sips and set it back on the rubber bar pad. She asks how’s the drink and I say well, not very good! I ask how she made it, amount of ingredients, etc. It’s butchered. And in the end she still charges me and doesn’t even offer to remedy in any way. Now isn’t that the service you want when trying to enjoy an evening? I have never left a full glass of Jefferson’s Ocean, ever! What a shame in her service and lack of perception of her customers.

I usually stop here when I'm about to meet friends at either Huey's or Rendezvous. The service is great at the bar and the bartenders are always friendly. It's usually quiet when I go as I just relax with a cold beer. Thank you and keep up the great work.

We went to watch the march of the ducks, and found that this was a nice place to sit, relax and have a drink.

Great atmosphere (not a rowdy, drunk crowd), live music, and an awesome selection of snack foods to choose from. They have an "upper level" that has comfortable couches and chairs. Our small department (6 people) hosted an offsite meeting here. They have wifi available too. I highly recommend!

Called in for a quick drink as we were staying at The Peabody Hotel... Initially the bartender Jeff was ok however after being charged numerous taxes totalling nearly 12 dollars we only left a small tip, as he left to collect something from the hotel he said I'll just get your change, we explained we didn't want any so he said sarcastically it's ok I don't need the 2 dollars. To say we were fuming is an understatement although we understand tips are expected in America to be so rude and make paying customers feel like he did is not acceptable... When we confronted him on his return he tried to deny it and again made us feel like we were in the wrong. I wouldn't return and certainly wouldn't recommend going there we are on a once in a I lifetime trip and for a small amount of time it tarnished our enjoyment however the problem lies with him not us.
