If you love chicken wings, do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. If you’re a fan of charcoal with a faint chicken scent, knock yourself out. The kiddo’s boneless wings were good, but the bone in was burnt to hell.

The wings are absolutely delicious. Getting the food, not so much. They cut off ordering whenever it suits them. They close at different hours weeknights, weekends and Sundays. Online ordering is very difficult, because it's unclear when the cutoff is. As much as I liked the wings, it's just not worth the frustration.

Service SUCKS placed my order over the phone and the lady asked if I wanted to come in or pay pay over the phone. ASK HER DOES IT MATTER and she told me no. She was aware I was on a 30 minute break and couldn’t wait long for my order WE COMMUNICATED THIS. I get to the place not only did the lady NOT greet me she automatically thought that somebody else order was mine. Lastly after all that my order wasn’t ready when I arrived and the lady knew I was on break. She stated the order wasn’t ready due to me not paying over this phone. Which is no problem if it would have COMMUNICATED! Customer Service has to get better.

High blood pressure and diabetes. I got sweet lemon pepper hot wings and seasoned fries. Everything was OVER Seasoned with mostly SALT! Lemon pepper tasted like salt and seasoned fries was seasoned salt with extra SALT! And that “lemonade ain’t nothing but a gallon of sugar with red Koolaid.

The wind where burnt crispy, there's a charge for anything extra, hot sauce, ketchup etc. $1.09 for extra anything. I gave the girl $1 she waited for the 09 I then gave her another $1 then she asked did I want my change back? A was a little confused.

I don’t recommend going for lunch. I only have an hour for lunch and it took 50 minutes to get my to go order. Also, $31.00 is a bit pricey for a small order of fries, Mac & cheese bites and 4 fried green tomatoes.
Hey good afternoon guys well I don't know why this one keeps popping up but I do go to Grace's kitchen and I never been to the crazy Coop but my fiance then he said that he's very hot The burgers are very affordable but the wings and stuff is too damn high three wings for a $12 That's not good so I never ate it the crazy cool but my fiance it has the those type of results so I'm just raining off what he says

The fries were not cooked all the way and the sour cream and onion flavored wings I ordered were dry and very salty didn’t taste like the flavor at all. I usually order from the ridgeway location and they never disappoint. However the Bartlett location needs some work.

There’s so many seasonings/flavors, it makes it hard to choose yet such a satisfying end result when you do. Wings were crispy, well seasoned, flavorful. Experience was great— good food, music, fast & friendly service!
