I love the service, I love their attitudes, I love the food đ I just love this place. They have added a now drink menu. It's a few drinks with THC in it.
Iâve usually enjoyed The Crazy Noodle, but this visit was very awful. I ordered the seafood ramen, and it was poorly prepared â the mussels smelled off, the broth was bland, and the squid was overcooked and tough. I could barely eat it.
When I politely mentioned the issues, the waitress became defensive, and the situation escalated. The owner came out and yelled at me, taking my feedback as a personal offense. She berated me and made a huge scene, repeatedly insisting the food was fine and implying I was trying to avoid paying. I had no problem paying for what I ate and even left a tip, but the confrontation was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
On top of that, it was 41 degrees outside, and the restaurant had no heat, so people were eating in coats. Then, in what felt like a petty move, the owner canceled my entire bill, saying I didnât have to pay for anything. While technically generous, it didnât feel like a resolution â it felt like a display of ego rather than a professional handling of the situation.
The food here can be good, but this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

Delicious ramen ranging from mild to spicy! I recommend the miso soup ramen, plus the portions are huge! They also do deliveries like ubereats.

Food is absolutely great, but the service was terrible, all plastic containers (glasses and togo containers) were cracked and leaking. It took the server 35 minutes to get out check after we were done.

Tried a new one! This is my first time here so I went with the recommended CURRY RAMEN with the egg boiled instead of mixed in. I also got to try the FRIEND MANDUS with the HOUSE SOY SAUCE.
The soy sauce was such a winner that I asked for more just to put in my ramen and I took some home! The ramen was packed out and pretty good but I did have to season it up a little to my liking (hence the soy sauce).
The staff was attentive and the ambiance gave a âneighborhoodâ feel that real Memphians could appreciate. Iâll be back!

My car had broken down in front of crazy noodle and not only did they let me charge my phone but also offered assistance â thatâs what you called second mile service and being a pillar of the community thanks again to the employees at crazy noodle for extending grace in this instance. Blessings â€ïžđ„
Great food! Went here for dinner and we tried 3 different sandwichâs which were all fantastic. The sides were excellent too

The Jajangmyeon was great, the pajeon was disappointing not quite what I am used to having in Korea or with the Korean half of my family.
