First time visiting and wow. This venue is attached to a hotel near Beale street. Parking here is around $20-30. Since I wasn't a guest here i parked in the Peabody garage for $30. If you can arrive early you may can get street parking. The wings i ordered were honey gold fried hard. We'll the first order was hot so I sent it back and it appears the wings were returned with the correct sauce. Also I ordered spinach dip but received crawfish dip. This was my first time eating crawfish so it didn't appear until almost the end of eating. Will I return maybe. The atmosphere was nice with patio seating they had a window that opens to patio. There was also a Dj.

Came with my bestie here tonight and we wouldnât know how the food or drinks are because no matter who we went and asked from the staff no one would come and take our order after being there for about an hour. They have live music going and the atmosphere seems great but SERVICE!!! Thereâs none. I guess unless you know somebody on staff I donât know. But weâre gonna give my bestie the best birthday anyways. Even if itâs not here. They suck!
Ok I had to come and update the review. Thank God for the manager. She came and took our order. OK letâs see how long it takes to get it back. Itâs 8:13 now. We got here at around seven.

We had early dinner at the Greyhound Wednesday. The food was outstanding, per my husband, the foodie. He had catfish, collard greens, hush puppies and french fries. I had the chef salad which I did enjoy. He's still trying to figure out the seasoning in the greens. The staff ( Katie) was personable and friendly. Service and drinks were on point. We've found our new favorite place!!

I had a great experience at this hotel restaurant. The bartender/waitress took my order right away and brought my food out quickly. She was friendly and conversational, which made the experience even better. I ordered the chicken with pasta with a housemade creamy sauce and grilled chicken, and it was delicious. The portion was big, the food was served hot, and the price was very affordable for the quality and amount. She also brought the bill promptly when I was ready. Overall, excellent service and great food. I would definitely go back again!

I came here Saturday for a friends birthday. The atmosphere was great! Good vibes, great music it just seem like an all around good time. My issue was with the food and service. My waitress ( she wouldnât give me her name ) was extremely rude. She was a short dark skinned women with twist/starter dreads. It seems like asked for water was too much! I order loaded fries! When they reached the table they looked very good but the taste was terrible. They were extremely salty I couldnât eat beyond a fork full ( 4-6 fries ). The salt/seasoned was so over powering. My blood pressure shot up and I started to suffer from a headache. I asked another server if it could take them back and even had people try them in front of him so they he could know that I wasnât just sending my food back! He informed me that he would handle it and take it off. When I spoke to the female server about the issue she responded with â are you sure he told you thatâ â well uh huhâ and rolled her eyes! I called him over and she immediately asked him as if I was lying and he told her to come her and she was ignoring him! Someone else at our table order the greens and they were extremely salt as well and we were trying to explain to her and she just stood there and rolled her eyes and made sure to let us know that gratuity was already taken out and we explain to her money was a issue. Two things were just extremely salty. We just closed out our tickets and left and went somewhere else! Because her service aline put a bad taste in our mouths! If that how she act she shouldnât be serving food!

The wait time is ridiculous. I came during brunch hours, however I order 2 pieces of fish and potato wedges. It took forever for the fish to come out and when it did it was awful. It taste like burnt grease and charcoal. I donât recommend this place at all.

I was there on yesterday for my friend birthday, party of 10. first it took us 1 hour to finally get drinks, they were OK. Second it took another 30 minutes to order food, so 2 hours later they bring the food , everything was cold, cold. So after 2 hours of waiting for food, everyone sent their food back. The waitress was very unattended , would always act as if she didn't hear us call or beck for her. However, the entertainment was great. Im never going back, if your not equipped for the crowd, stop advertising. It was horrible.

My friends and I went out for some girl time. The place opened at 11, and when we arrived there was no one there. We sat for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There were originally three of us, then three more joined later.
We ordered bottomless mimosas, but by the time I returned from the bathroom, we were told mimosas were no longer available. This happened after our drink orders were already taken. One friend barely received drinks the entire time.
Food service was disappointingâŠfood ran out or the service was super SLOW, nothing was fresh except for the salmon bites/chicken. Some people didnât receive their food until it was time to leave (AFTER we PAID), we got food one by one and not as a groupâŠ.
Because they âran outâ of champagne, we were forced to order individual drinks instead of honoring the bottomless mimosa option. Running out of core items like champagne or catfish during service is unacceptable.
What made it worse was the lack of accommodation or concern from management and staff. No effort was made to make things right, and nothing was comped despite the poor experience. Overall, very disappointing customer service.

My niece heard about this place on TikTok so we decided to come here and cap off our birthday month. This will be my first and last time, the waitress was not familiar with the happy hour specials food/drinks she didn't even know how to pronounce the name of the wines ( lack of training) she wrote our order down and still forgot what we ordered. The other ladies at the bar wouldn't even try to help her out, the dj was two hours late we paid for a reservations and when we arrived no one knew where we was suppose to be seated, we were told to wait on the promoter ( he never showed). Yeah as I stated before my first and last and I will not recommend

Enjoyed the drinks and the food while visiting this bar. There was also a DJ out on the patio. My friend and I walked right inside and sat ourselves at the bar. Service was great for us. Wasnât too loud, was able to have conversation and watch some sports games on the TVs.
