The food was good. We had an amazing server, Daron. He made us feel welcome and served us with a smile. He made the atmosphere feel like home with his great customer service and was able to provide everything we asked for concerning our meal. Thanks Daron!!!!

Kory is THE best bartender in Memphis; Kristen is sweet and a great bartender as well. The bar food was great and drinks were made just right. We visit this location each time we are in town but we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Kory until now. We will be back!

Bartender acted annoyed that I wanted to order food. They didn't have most of their limited menu. The bartender said they didn't serve food after 9:00 p.m. even though all their info said they serve until 10:00 p.m. I asked for my food for there, but they served my food in a styrofoam go box. I was given plastic utensils in a plastic bag with one wimpy napkin. When I asked for more napkins, the bartender tried go give me a stack of drink napkins. When I asked for a real napkin, the bartender acted annoyed and found a handful in the back and threw them on the bar in front of me. Since they didn't have most of their menu, my choice was a burger or quesedilla. I had the burger, nothing special. They were out of french fries! Would not eat there.

They were out of half of the things on their menu and could barley offer substitutes. Only found out they did not have the item after it was ordered and sent to the kitchen. The nachos were disgusting (can cheese with soggy chips) and they got half the order wrong. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This is the restaurant within the Hilton Garden Inn downtown. Our experience was really good. As a large group of about a dozen people, they accommodated us at a single table and somehow even managed to bring out the various menu choices at about the same time for all. And the food was good. We were quite pleased and would happily eat there again when in Memphis.

As hotel bars go, The Greyhound is pretty darn good. It's technically part of the Hilton Garden Inn, which is nestled in the old Greyhound Bus Depot building. I stopped in while walking around town and was pleasantly surprised (especially since I have a Greyhound and was expecting something entirely different). The bartender was really friendly and attentive, and drinks were reasonably priced (at least during happy hour anyway). I didn't order food, although from what others had gotten, it all looked very good.
