Food prices could be better especially for portion sizes but great service and drinks. The atmosphere was really good as well very nice R&B jams in the background. Also the building is beautiful. They didn't have a lot of liquors me and my friends usually drink but still managed to have a good time.

They stop their kitchen earlier than advertised. While staying at the hotel I called to put in an order at 9 pm they said they already closed the kitchen. I told them the food menu said open until 10:30, they said they recently changed it.

This is honestly one of the best cocktail bars I've been to in the downtown area. Our bartender (Kristen) was very attentive and our drinks were made to perfection! I will definitely be back.

This place deserves a five, very nice people and good food.There was a big crowd in the restaurant because of thunderstorms. The staff handled the big crowd professionally with a smile.

They were out of half of the things on their menu and could barley offer substitutes. Only found out they did not have the item after it was ordered and sent to the kitchen. The nachos were disgusting (can cheese with soggy chips) and they got half the order wrong. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This is the restaurant within the Hilton Garden Inn downtown. Our experience was really good. As a large group of about a dozen people, they accommodated us at a single table and somehow even managed to bring out the various menu choices at about the same time for all. And the food was good. We were quite pleased and would happily eat there again when in Memphis.

The place wasn't busy but still waited a very long time for food. When food finally did come it was cold. Service was not good either and we witnessed others walking out. With higher prices these days it is not unreasonable to expect decent service.

As hotel bars go, The Greyhound is pretty darn good. It's technically part of the Hilton Garden Inn, which is nestled in the old Greyhound Bus Depot building. I stopped in while walking around town and was pleasantly surprised (especially since I have a Greyhound and was expecting something entirely different). The bartender was really friendly and attentive, and drinks were reasonably priced (at least during happy hour anyway). I didn't order food, although from what others had gotten, it all looked very good.
This is a nice bar to have a couple of cocktails and pregame before going to the game at the stadium. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The bartender is excellent and pretty fast..

Horrible service. Food came out at all different times. No silverware. Had to get up & ask for it after ordering & receiving all the food at different times. Like 10. 15. & 20 minutes apart. Apps came out after the food! I could go on & on! Still waiting for the fries rn!!!!!!! I’m just in Town for the game. Go grizzlies!Unbelievable! I. hate. It. Here!

Good choice of drinks here, but was disappointed to find that the onsite menu is much smaller than what is shown online . Okay for a bar, but not for eating. Best to walk down the road a bit to Kings bar grocery.

Great bar and atmosphere for relaxing. I was able to visit during my stay in Memphis. I like that the restaurant/bar is connected to the hotel. They were trying a new hot dog flight that I just had to try. I loved it, especially the buffalo style dog. They have a good selection of beers and I look forward to going back and trying some other items on the menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and try to stay at the Garden so I can revisit. Keep up the good work!
