I would like to say I’m a regular here. Best coffee shop in Memphis. Perfect hot vanilla latte every time. Love the team too! Very nice.
I went to The Hub for the first time today. I was skeptical about a coffee shop in a mega church, but it was quite nice. My hazelnut latte was good, the young ladies at the counter were lovely, and the wifi was good. There were a lot of people reading Bibles, but they didn't try to recruit me so it was fine. I'd definitely go back.

I went here on a Saturday morning, very cozy cafe, was a bit hard to find at first because it’s hidden. Overall service was great but the drink I ordered, a hazelnut latte, wasn’t that great.

Only had a cappuccino. It was great. Conveniently, a friend showed me a place right next to work that out does Starbucks.

I think this is the best coffee place in Memphis. The space and ambiance is beet relaxing. Lots of room. And no telling who you will run into-businesses, bankers, educators, etc. this is just a central Hub for the area. The coffee and drinks are great, and the staff is wonderful. Give this place a try.

As a coffee lover who enjoys discovering new spots, we decided to check out The Hub after seeing so many great reviews. We were just visiting the area and thought it’d be fun to try something different.
Finding the place was a bit tricky at first—it’s located inside a church, and the main entrance we tried was closed. We had to walk around a bit to find another entrance, which wasn’t very obvious. Then we got to a door that was locked and had to loop around once more to finally get inside. So, just a heads-up that the entrance situation can be a little confusing.
That said, once we walked in, the vibe completely made up for it. It had this cozy work-from-home but not at home energy. Tons of people were working on laptops, the space felt welcoming and productive, and there were plenty of seating options. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to get work done or just want a chill place to hang out. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.
Their menu had some interesting and unique options. We tried the Honey Latte and Spanish Latte. The honey latte was so good—smooth, subtly sweet, and exactly how I like my coffee. I finished it way too fast! The Spanish latte was great as well, but the honey latte definitely stole the show for me.
Overall, I highly recommend The Hub if you’re in town. It’s worth checking out, especially if you enjoy smooth, flavorful coffee in a relaxed setting. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m here!

Great coffee and spacious, clean areas to enjoy fellowship and friendships.
Favorite coffee spot. Plenty of tables. The service is great. Baristas seem to actually like their job lol. And their specialty coffees are always spot on.

The matcha is unfortunately pretty flavorless. It just tastes like milk. It's very brightly colored - it's not vivid green like it should ☹️
I really wish cafes would step up their game already and offer good, strong matcha!
My partner likes his coffee though, so 3 stars overall. Just don't come here for matcha.

Looking for a coffee fix while rambling around Memphis on a visit to family. It was a little later in the afternoon and some cafes were already shutting down, but we found The Hub open and easy to access!
This coffee shop is located in a very large church. As such, there is a lot of parking! Like, a LOT of parking. Since it was a Saturday it wasn't crazy congested. I liked that they had spots reserved not just for handicapped folks, but also for families with small children, expectant mothers, first time visitors, etc. It made the vibe more welcoming.
The church seems to have a fairly large campus and The Hub itself is housed in its own large section of the building. There are a few signs/decorations that remind you it's part of a church, but it feels fairly secular, which I thought was nice. The vibe is welcoming and sort of youthful. There's a lot of seating, both traditional tables and cushy couches and they were BUSY when I walked in. Still, the wait to order and grab my drink was brief.
The two young lady baristas were nice and working diligently! I was happy to see they're still offering peppermint mochas even this late in the season. I love a peppermint mocha :)
They have small snacks and pastries and such but I was still full from lunch so I only ordered a drink. I stood and sipped on some of the complimentary iced water.
My iced peppermint mocha was really good! I could've actually done for a teeeny bit more coffee flavor for once, but the drink itself was smooth, nice amount of ice, and perfectly mint-chocolatey flavor. Thin Mint vibes!
Definitely would recommend giving them a try if you're in the area.
