I’ve been to the Winchester location plenty of times. This one is Terrible. Upon entering we were informed there would be a 20 minute wait because they claim there was only one server in the whole building on a Saturday evening. Why even open then? We ended up waiting for 15 minutes before being seated. The place was empty, literally 5 guest so I knew we were going to receive great service. Wrong. The only server in the building was rude. She just gave us our food and never came back to the table. No asking was everything okay. No refills. No nothing. I never have been treated that way as many of times I have went out to eat. I’ll stick to cooking at home. The mess you have to deal with just getting a bite to eat is ridiculous.

The one on wolfchase is the best one. The Asian woman and her husband are the sweetest people. That's the only one I will go to now. Keep those 2 there and you will keep my business...I feel horrible I forgot her name. They are the best cooks for the crablegs...go check them out.

First the people here are incredibly rude! Plus they let you know right off the bat they are going to add an 18% gratuity whether they earn it or not. And I can guarantee that our Server Raven, did NOT earn it. She didn't bring our cole slaw, and did not bring the cracker for the crab legs. I wanted the garlic butter for my crab legs and I guess they thought it was funny to put the hottest seasoning they had into my order. She never checked to see if we needed a refill in fact, she never returned. I had to flag her down from across the restaurant. We had to get some one else to get us to go boxes. When I complained that the server, Raven didn't earn that high of a gratuity, the person very rudely said that it's was company policy.So here is my recommendation for this restaurant, as a Sous Chef. AVOID AT ALL COST! Go to Crab Island instead! Much better food, much better Service, they aren't going to rob you by stealing 18% of the check either! And yes that is EXACTLY what they are doing by"forcing" you to pay the 18% when their Servers do not earn it! Theft, terrible food, terrible service! Do you want to be robbed when you go out to eat? The gratuity is your way of rewarding good Servers, for the restaurant to force you to pay is absolutely and utter theft! I paid the outrageous prices for inedible food with two gift cards and that still didn't cover the exorbitant cost of the terrible, inedible food. So I still owed the gratuity. Today I will dispute the charge with my bank. I really hope this restaurant goes out of business! THIEVES!

It’s barely customers there and the waiters are still lazy with bad attitudes … no hospitality at all.. not to mention they don’t even answer the phones at this point it’s # Felicia Bye..

Food is great, place is clean. Atmosphere great to just sit and enjoy. They either don't have enough staff, or the staff just doesn't move like they should. There are signs about all beverage sales are final. Kinda odd.... but I figured it out when the bottle beer I got was best flavor by 6 months ago.

The kitchen staff was nice but my service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! They had the restaurant open on a Friday night with only 2 servers in house and one of them named Laquisha was very rude and unprofessional. I brought my own drink to the bar and needed service , this lady looked dead at me and got on FaceTime and told me that she was going home and told the other girl to “get her table “ and proceeded to be rude as hell to me . I have never in my life been treated so badly at a restaurant and will absolutely NEVER in my life be back at this restaurant. I had a $50 gift card to this place and will literally throw it in the trash before I’d ever consider going back here . Red Hook is where it’s at , never disappoints!

They now add gratuity to every bill then still ask for additional tip. There were 4 of us and gratuity was 22$ not to mention we had to ask for refills on our drinks multiple times! We travel for work & eat at boil places all over the country this was the MOST expensive one by far..I know places do this for 6 or more usually but it was extremely too much. And I normally tip very well.

My family and I walked in the resturant at 9:30pm and was told they were closed. When the online time says 11pm on Friday. There were 2 young ladies sitting in the lobby, so I suppose they didn't want to accept any more customers. If they truly was closed please update your location time on Google and also lock the doors. I forgot to mention the open sign was on too.
