I went in to eat on Tuesday afternoon the restaurant alone caught my attention because as I walked in it smelled like it was very clean and even looked clean the food tasted & looked delicious my server Brandi was the most amazing and beautiful server! She has such a great personality and brings great conversation she made the overall experience so great

. I hate leaving bad reviews, this place hit everything to incite one. Sooooo SO bad. Despite having numerous beers advertised, had 4 beer options. Settled for something, got a small, water size cup drink (smaller than red solo) they charged $10 for, couldn't pay for it because they can’t take card- an entire family walked out as i walked in & now i see why. Asked to use the bathroom, but cant seeing as i didnt pay because they wont accept card. 😂😂 Hopefully just a bad day for yall but it was BAD.

The dishes are incredibly small for the amount you will pay for them. The ribs were delicious, everything else we had was lackluster. Nothing served was worth the cost. After being sat, a hip-hop & R&B station was turned on and blaring, truly killing the vibe of live music and blues that we came to Beale street for. The booth we were sat in had broken seats, the next one we moved to had a broken table. The bathrooms were more broken than the seats and table, and grossly unclean. By the time we left we could only laugh at how horrible our experience was, aside from the shock of the cost of it all.

One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We came as two families with five kids, and from the very beginning, the experience was completely unacceptable. We waited over 20 minutes just to get water, despite asking several times. It was a hot day, the restaurant had no air conditioning, and the kids were clearly uncomfortable and thirsty.
Then, after taking our drink orders, the server came back to let us know they were out of beer and would be going across the street to buy some. That alone was baffling.
Things only got worse from there. They messed up our food order, and after a long wait, they ended up serving it to another table. The server admitted the mistake only after we pointed it out. When we asked about the chicken nuggets we had ordered for the kids, she told us that the other patrons had already eaten them. She then said they would go to the store to buy more and cook them—but also admitted they were out.
At the end of the meal, we were overcharged for three food items, and when we asked for help, the server had already run the card, forcing us to call over the manager. The manager openly admitted he didn’t know how to work the printer and was shockingly unhelpful. To be honest, he seemed intoxicated.
While we were sitting there, we watched four other tables walk out after never being greeted or served at all.
The entire experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly unbelievable. We truly wish we had never gone. It ruined our night, and we would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

Do not go here! It was so bad, we ordered appetizers and entrees, we got our entrees first and after that our appetizers. We ordered 2 portions of the ‘Full Ribs’ $45 dollars each, one of these were okay, the other one was cold and undercooked. We asked about that; we didn’t receive an answer for 20 minutes, after that; we asked the owner, he wouldn’t understand and he didn’t listen to us. The total experience was so bad and unfriendly; i can’t believe this. Do not go here!
