Delicious barbeque in Memphis! Ordered the BBQ sampler, plenty of food for 2 if you order an extra side. I'm biased toward the saucier KC style, but The Pig made a proper showing of the dry rub style. Beans were unique with jalapeno. I love spicy food so it was not a problem but maybe avoid if that's not your thing. Service was prompt. A bit pricey for barbeque, but that's Beale Street for ya.

Food was subpar for Memphis. Pork flavorless. No smoke flavor BBQ sauce was like water. Small portions for sides especially for the price point. Beer was good. Folks friendly but not a good value for your dollar.

Went pretty late on a Saturday night, wasn’t very busy. Ordered the chicken hot plate, meat was dry but side was good. Service was solid.
