Multiple cars were broken into tonight including mine. Need better security. The one and only camera saw nothing. I rather pay an extra dollar a drink to prevent this.

The bartender….Jeb….is extremely unpleasant and is actually the reason I will never return. Completely unprofessional, rude, and terrible attitudes

We went there Friday, September 26, 2025, around 6:15 PM. The place was totally empty. The reason appears to be because of the bartender. He was a total jerk and acted like we were inconveniencing him.

The Pumping Station is hands down one of the best gay bars in Memphis. It has a welcoming vibe that makes everyone feel at home, whether you are a regular or just stopping by for the first time. The bartenders are always friendly, fast, and fun, and the drinks are strong without breaking the bank. The outdoor patio is a huge plus, especially on nice nights, and it’s a great spot to meet new people or just relax with friends.
The crowd is always diverse, and the energy stays upbeat with good music and plenty of conversation. Whether you want to dance, play pool, or hang out in a laid-back atmosphere, The Pumping Station really delivers. It’s a staple of the Memphis gay scene and worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Hii we were the annoying Oregonian group that came in a few weeks ago.
Oregon is very queer friendly and we were desperate to find a fun bar that let us feel safe. Free pool on Mondays, can't beat that.
With all the drinks we bought yall better buy some new darts! Love ya, thanks again for the amazing night. I think our bar tender was Joey and he was fab.

Overall, ok experience however, noticing my bank transaction, I was charged extra more than the tip that I left going to follow up, but something very suspicious is going on. Very mindful of who handles your cards and pay attention to each transactionIt
Rudest bartenders ever, would never go back to this place. Wish I could rate negative stars
Surprised by what I found. Much more classy then the name suggests I mean there's a freaking garden out there so
