Beautiful facility. Good food. They need to work on their process of taking orders and delivering the food to the tables and paying for food. Did not receive and order ticket in order to pay for food and did not receive a receipt.
The Rockin Chair is a grown folks only atmosphere. Security is enforced, the food is outstanding, the service is spectacular and the entertainment is phenomenal. I highly recommend you come hang out once you have you’ll never stop coming. Sundays they grace you with some of the best soul food in the south.
I came to have lunch with my family and enjoyed my whole experience. I got the Catfish with Mac & Cheese and Greens with a Strawberry Lemonade. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend an Memphians or visitors to come check this place out. Definitely one of Memphis’s hidden gems.
