Placed my order @ 12:17 the young lady said it would be 20 minutes didn’t get my order til a hour later, but everyone who came in and placed their order got their order before mine and they were behind me in line do not I repeat do not order at this location they are not what they are hyped up to be bad business unethical and unprofessional untimely with service whatsoever!

These were the most expensive wings I’ve ever ordered and yet somehow also the SMALLEST wings I’ve ever ordered. It literally looked like they dipped half eaten bones into some breading and sauce. I don’t know how the kitchen/owner can even send out wings that small, especially when you’re charging over $2 a wing. It’s a shame because the flavor is good but the portion/quality is terrible! Also, avoid the fries! Super wet and soggy every time. Absolutely CRAZY!

I ordered the 10 wings and told them that I wanted buffalo with lemon pepper on top of my wings and also, I wanted my wings rock hard. They gave me 5 buffalo and 5 lemon pepper and the chicken was super soft and disgusting. I want my money back! I will never eat here again.

I got 10 wings without sauce on them. They gave me back a whopping $2 on UberEats. I ordered honey gold not whatever the hell was in this small plastic container NOT ON THE WINGS?!?
Wing Guru-Who in the hell would order lean wings with Honey Gold on the side? In Memphis? Like how the does that happen?!? You can contact me to make this right.
You cannot put piping hot wings in a sytrofoam box without the box melting. Like I am not eating that melted plastic.
If you want to get bent over a barrel after spending $50 take your money to the Fitzgerald: at least there’s a 50:50 shot your bet hits. Do not bet on this location.
Service is horrible. Wing guru was our favorite place to stop when in Memphis. We ordered fries and wings which is about $44 with the drink. They didn’t have any season for the fries and didn’t tell us just gave us bland fries and said we got regular fries instead. Never once did we have to ask for seasoning on our fries. They half season my husband’s wings and then charged him for seasoning when only one side of his wings had lemon pepper seasoning on it. The price was worth it when the service was good, but the last time we came here they didn’t have any fries. We thought you know things happen, but clearly this is happening.On top of that you can’t get your drink cup until your food comes out which takes about 15 mins. It wasn’t like this the first time we came.

We received old wings & fish. My sis and I ordered. She ordered a 20 piece and I ordered a 10pc. All of us got very sick. The fish taste very fishy and the wings was gummy and covered in a whole bottle of sauce! I highly do not recommend location (Millington) :)

It shouldn’t be so difficult to do business with you guys. Y’all answer the phone half the time, stop taking orders whenever, won’t take an order without somebody paying first while I’m driving trying to place my order over the phone.
