It was a nice. It was me & my friend 1st time going there. I give it 3 stars. In the front they had a bunch of cones blocking the parking spaces. I asked security why. He said because of VIP. That was crazy. So you have to park in the back or on the street. Then I had reservations at 7 PM. No was at the front to greet us. So we seated ourselves. When we sat down then said we had to move. Because the table is reserved for larger people in their parties. So we sat in the booth which was nice. The food was delicious. The ambience was great. They had hookahs there. The drinks was ok. Our waitress was nice. I feel like they charge high on your order. I had fish & grits. That was $22. I had my drink which was $17. Then I see on the bill they charge $7.87 for gratuity. At the end my bill was like $51. Not expecting it to be so high. So if you come here expect to pay $50 and up.

Been coming here for 2 years and always had a good time. The vibe is nice and the bartenders and staff are friendly and professional. The past few weeks, however, someone has randomly started charging a cover selectively, when they feel like it. The days the cover has been charged have been random (I was told there was a cover one Friday, none the next, a cover again the next), there are no signs or policies posted indicating there is a cover, and the cover is paid to somebody’s (an employee’s?) personal cashapp. It’s also not on the website or any of the social media that they now charge a cover so I think if the business is adopting a new practice of charging a cover, there needs to be signs letting customers know to expect that, especially given there’s never been one.

Thrive has a really nice vibe and atmosphere. Food is really good & the live band on Friday night is amazing. Any businesses best attribute is always their employees who give great customer service. Khalil was a standout simply because he wasn’t my bartender but still was able to serve me as if I was his with no issue at all. He was very inviting & has a great personality. He is definitely the type of person you want representing your establishment.

Came for brunch and had an amazing time. Food was excellent. I ordered the Madison burger; it was fresh and hot. Khalil (bartender) was on point the entire time. They had karaoke during the time there. Just a vibe!!!

I booked a reservation and had guests in from out of town only to arrive and the place was closed. We waited outside for 30 minutes and called repeatedly but did not receive an.answer. I'm not sure what occurred 8/17 but this completely ruined our birthday celebration and that is not ok.

Terrible service I had a reservation for 10:30 waited a hour to be seated the donjulio shots are $15 and it’s not even real don Julio. Food look like kids meals. The hookah almost $50 and it stank . Ran out of food and beverages. Definitely over hyped and did not enjoy my birthday there
