I order to pick up and when i got home their were items missing on my order instead of refund for my missing items they made me go all the way back to restaurant with the food and refused to do anything unless i had a receipt which it was vs as it was a doorsash order Long story ahort they replaced the food cause by the time they were gonna give me my missing items the rest of my food was cold so they had to redo my order

Ordered to pick up on Door Dash.
Order was wrong (completely missing our wings in all 3 meals)and they demanded the receipt and would not accept the receipt on Door Dash. Luckily we were able to find the paper receipt from the bag. Never had this issue with Tim’s chicken on Perkins.

Tim's Chicken has gotten worse over the last year. I honestly thought it was just a one time experience but they seem to thrive off of serving old food , not getting orders correct and being disrespectful. No more after tonight's disregard to my complaint and the Hispanic dude brushing me off while they blast loud music I won't be going there anymore. The owners should question what characters they have running their business before they don't have one .
The food was hot and fresh. I ordered 2 10 piece wing combos. The fries were seasoned well and the wings were sauced to perfection.
The flavors I’ve tried are Honey Hot, Hot, and Honey Gold. All of which were great.

Had the chicken philly for the first time, must say it was really good, so flavorful.
Wings too big and rubbery. Smaller wings equals quality, crispier texture, and better reviews.
