They have rice bugs in the rice. Search rice weevil and I found it through out the rice. Unclean rice.

Great customer service over the phone and in person. However, the food was disgusting. I ordered steak lo mein with thin noodles. There were too many noodles, too many huge onions, too much sesame oil was used, the broccoli was discolored (not from seasoning or being cooked), and the steak tasted like throwaway scraps. This location and the one on Park (I had chicken katsu there) were disappointing.

I hate that I didn't get any pictures. I always get the shrimp hibachi and my husband gets the salmon hibachi. We both always enjoy our plate. Visit them if you haven't already 😁

Kirby location: They BURNT my rice :( Usually the rice is great. But this time I literally smelled burnt food when I walked in and my rice tasted like the bottom of the skillet and had black specks on it. If I wasn’t starving, I woulda took it back in for a remake…very disappointed. Im a regular customer. I probably go once or twice a month now. I gave em 4 stars because the food is usually on point. I feel like they keep pans of premade rice and meat then heat it up soon as they get an order. I like Sake Vs Tekila much better. I will give them another try tho.
