Ordered food online and it said 30 mins to pick up so I waited the 30 mins and went to the location and when I got there it was empty and the lady behind the register was on her phone. Told her I was picking up an order to find out that they never printed the ticket and fixed it. This isn't the first time eating there and the service keeps getting worse everytime so I think I'm done with them. I will just drive a little further and stick with OEC in bartlett. Awesome food and service.

I really was craving seafood boil! I had no clue that Tokyo grill on Summer had them! 10/10 very delicious one pound of shrimp comes with broccoli, 1 egg, potato and corn. I ask for the corn to be replaced for a potato and let me tell you once I got home I really enjoyed it the flavor was on point. šš»

I got food poisoning from this location 2 years ago and it was so bad I thought I was dying! I put this review out because I really loved this place along with the Poplar location for a few years. Their hibachi is very good and a great deal. Unfortunately I decided to try the Poplar location again last Wednesday and got food poisoning again. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as when I got it from this location but after talking to 3 other people that have had the same thing happen, I have decided to let people know here. Please work on your cleanliness and chow that you care about what you do for a living. Real people are eating this stuff!

Food nasty I agree with the post I saw earlier after purchasing this food taste like something I couldāve made at home. Doesnāt taste like any of the other restaurants by far Summer is the worst location. Then the lady in the front gave me one soy and one duck sauce for plenty nasty food.

This place was horrible and I donāt know why it has 4 stars overall. The door was locked when we got there, and the server had to unlock it for us. That was enough for me to not want to eat there anymore, but I digress. It looked too shady to order hibachi so I went with a simple veggie fried rice, which was okay. I ordered fried sushi as well and filled with instant regret after my first bite. I had an upset stomach for majority of the day after we left the restaurant. Do not eat here if you love yourself.
