I just felt that the decor was just trying to attract attention. The food was nothing special, bland and unremarkable, just like other chain restaurants. I think the owner was afraid that other restaurants would take away his business, so he occupied the space to prevent other restaurants from moving in. This kind of malicious competition resulted in Japanese food that had no novelty. I think Bartlett's Japanese takeout has no characteristics, the taste is the same, and it's all very bland. I prefer Chinese food a bit more.

The House Fried Rice is perfect! It has right proportion and size of steak, shrimp, and chicken. The meat pieces are not small at all, and the taste is delicious. An order of it is fulfilling and can be eating as a meal by itself.

Wait times here are considerably long even after being told 20 mins. Its been 40+ mins since I placed my order and its still not ready. I called before leaving work and sat in my car a few minutes before coming inside just to sit inside for just as long. I think this will be my last time coming here. Not good when you’ve just got off from work and trying to grab something to eat and go home.

I just ordered a house hibachi and normally the shrimp 🍤 is big ass hell… this time shrimp is smaller then ever!!!!!! But check this out …. The price still the same !!!!!! Smdh!!!!!!! You should hear the audio I got when I called and asked them about it…. Got damn it trump!!!!!!!!
