Tommy's Burger California Style

Apparently the workers of this awful establishment like to laugh and make fun of children with special needs, even when they’ve fallen in their restaurant, they continue to laugh and make fun of them. Even when the poor child is on the ground begging your employees to stop, they continued to laugh. I saw the video. I will never be back to this place. Much better burgers down the street at Huey’s where they support our community and children when they need it.

Horrible servers with no regard for the customer at all

A friend of mine with a disability recently visited the restaurant and right as she got up she fell out of her booth, the staff blatantly laughed at her and did not help her mother who was clearly in need of assistance. My friend noticed them laughing and began to cry. The lack of empathy and compassion is insane and the staff involved should be dealt with immediately. This situation should’ve never happened and it is totally unacceptable. I’ve never visited this establishment but I sure will not visit now.

I’ve never been to this restaurant, although I was just informed that a friend of mine I know with a daughter that has a disability went. When leaving the restaurant her daughter fell and had a hard time getting up. No staff, no management went to help, but sat there and laughed. Even after falling the daughter asked the staff an others to stop laughing, but continued to laugh an not help. Hearing this is such a disappointment and disrespectful!! With everything being said I now know NOT to go to this restaurant, as well as what kind of staffing a behavior goes on in this establishment. Pour work ethic and terrible service!!!

This place is absolutely horrendous. I didn’t know that common decency and compassion needed to be taught, but the staff here clearly lack those qualities. The way staff responded when my friend fell while getting up from her booth is just another reminder of the need for contributing to a more accepting, inclusive, and uplifting environment. The world is not always a welcoming or accommodating place for people with disabilities. Do better!!!

if i could rate this place zero stars i would. staff are bullies, miserable people make miserable food🤷🏼‍♀️

A person with disabilities visited your establishment and lost their footing. instead of helping, your staff laughed. When she asked them to stop laughing, it continued as her mother helped her up by herself. This is unacceptable.

I loved this place. Huge servings and very friendly service. I'm visiting from Chicago, I will be coming back next time I'm in Memphis.

Best hamburger I’ve had in a long time! Thank you for preparing it perfectly wrapped in substantial lettuce so I could eat it without the bun! Everyone was kind and professional! Keep up the great work!
