Usually our food is on point. But not tonight! My husband’s Bar-B-Q sandwich had no Bar- B-Q sauce on it. My turkey sandwich was sloppy because they put slaw on it. I was able to remove most of the sloppy bread, but my husband could not finish his bland sandwich. Do better y’all!

Ordered the pulled chicken sandwich...drowned in pickles... Sandwich fell apart as soon as I picked it up... Aside from that the food was good mac n chz n baked bean kinda made up for it...

This is definitely a local establishment with multiple venues throughout the Memphis area, this particular location offered the food which was very very good tasting, but the seating area was a dump, in a building that was extremely outdated. I'm not sure if it was because I was the only white person that was sitting there waiting for the food, with people coming in and sitting and waiting for the food I had conversations and just passing by comments that were very polite, but the staff seem to be very dismissive and not very positive in many ways. Again I want to give credit to the food as it was very good tasting.

I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldn’t eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasn’t there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness ❤️

Love it Fast forward to today 8/20/25. The young lady taking my order was rude and too busy trying to answer her personal phone. I had a question about my order and she responded as if I was bothering her or I'm stupid for asking. Terrible encounter at a place I patronize often.

Food tasted like it had been sitting up for a while. It was cold and dry. An order of fries was left off my order also. I ordered 2 pork sandwiches and 1 chicken sandwich and they put red tooth pick in one chicken and one pork and had an orange toothpick in the other pork sandwich.

We had a fantastic experience with Tops Bar-B-Q catering! Laura went above and beyond—she brought all the food and had everything set up perfectly and right on time. The presentation was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything ran smoothly thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. Great job all around—highly recommend!

Do not eat here the employees are so RUDE. My food was old. I thought TOPS cook fresh burgers. Sense when do you tops sell pre made old stale burgers. This location is also not safe!!! Employee threatened me and refused to give me a refund!!!
