I originally ordered carry out. I decided to check my order before I left the restaurant, it was wrong. Took it back for them to fix my order. When I got the second order, it was wrong again. I took it back the second time. I should’ve had to take my order back up to that counter that many times, especially, when they look at me like it’s my fault.

This time around, the service was friendly, fast, and hot a little slippery on the floor but no complaints was very better this time around.
The workers were discussing a situation with new incoming customers that was none of there business. I waited 35 minutes for cold food and my strawberry drink tasted like acid & flavor NO SUGAR! I wish the owner see their workers in rare form. Ill NEVER go back or recommend anyone to eat there. 10-30-2024

Ordered a slab of ribs from Hacks Cross location. These were the worst tasting ribs ever. Also, the baked beans were cold and undercooked.

10-03-24 "I haven’t eaten at this place in almost three months, and after my last experience, I doubt I ever will again. During my visit, I had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member—a bald woman with no hair. I asked her why customers who arrived after me were getting their food before I did, and her response was completely unprofessional. She said she almost told me off, to which I replied that I could do the same. I made it clear that I didn’t have to eat there and could spend my money somewhere I’d be treated with respect. Instead of addressing the issue, she agreed that I shouldn’t come back, so I took her advice. It’s disappointing because I’ve been coming to Tops BBQ since I was a kid, but this experience left a bad taste. Tops really needs to reconsider who they hire—employees with bad attitudes bring that negativity into the workplace, and it shows in how customers are treated.
