I don’t like barbecue, but there’s usually SOMETHING I can eat. Mac and cheese, chicken strips, anything. I got macaroni, and it had BBQ seasoning on it, whatever, I still ate it. Anyway, the floors were wet and very slippery with no signs, even in the bathrooms, the employees were very rude and we felt very rushed to order our food and eat. That’s my main complaint. We were missing two orders of fries that came with meals when we got our food, but after the rudeness, we decided not to bother with it, ate, and walked out without leaving a tip. I think I would have rather eaten McDonald’s.

Traveled in from Arkansas and decided to order delivery since I’m not familiar with the area. Order was suppose to be delivered within 25 minutes. One dashers name popped up (stayed on screen for about 6 minutes); then another dashers named popped up (almost 30 minutes). At 7:03; I received a text saying my order was canceled because they were unable to fulfill my order. I called the store. NO ANSWER. My husband called; they answered and the girl stated my name nor order popped up in the system and they haven’t canceled any orders. I called back and the girl stated she gave the order to the FIRST driver (whose name started with an T) and told the second driver (name started with a A) she didn’t have the order! The whole time I’m tracking the order and the first driver’s car NEVER EVEN WENT TO TOPS! The second drivers CAR SAT AT TOPS FOR ALMOST 15/20 MINUTES… Called support and they said the driver had an unexpected issue… 3 different excuses and NO ONE OFFERED AN APOLOGY! Do better! (Wouldn’t recommend you order delivery!)

Me and my girls go here every other day for our lunch break and they never disappointed. Everything be so good, from the burgers to the pork sandwich’s. ❣️🙏🏾

For the 2nd time in 6 months, I wanted a turkey burger from Tops. The first time, it was raw, and I didn't go back for a while. Well, today I wanted to finally give them another chance, so I went for a turkey burger. AGAIN, my burger is RAW! This time, note taken. And I don't even want a refund. I just won't be back.

I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldn’t eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasn’t there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness ❤️
