For the 2nd time in 6 months, I wanted a turkey burger from Tops. The first time, it was raw, and I didn't go back for a while. Well, today I wanted to finally give them another chance, so I went for a turkey burger. AGAIN, my burger is RAW! This time, note taken. And I don't even want a refund. I just won't be back.

I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldn’t eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasn’t there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness ❤️

I hadn't been to Tops in over a yr so I decided to stop since I was in the area. IT WAS A BIG LET DOWN!! THEY HAVE CHG'D ALLL THEIR GOOD RECIPES!! DIDN'T TASTE ANYTHING LIKE TOPS USED TO. Slaw--no seasoning or mayo; BBQ sauce--yuk; most importantly, the MEAT--didn't have that old down south, smoked taste; Tops is known for good French fries. Not one grain of salt was sprinkled on them- I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ANY TIME SOON... NO FLAMES!

Loved the beef brisket. Didn't like that it was chopped up into a thousand pieces. Everytime you bite meat falling in your lap or on the table. I wish it was sliced.

The young lady at the front counter will cause this restaurant to get bad reviews. Went here today and because she assumed we wanted fries got an attitude when I asked for something besides French fries. She thought it was OK to call me baby when im old enough to be her mother. Its sad that resturants choose the wrong people to be the face of their company 😕. The food quality over the years has consistently declined.
