This location is the worst Tops location in Memphis. The service is careless and takes no consideration for the customers that patronize this establishment or wish to order online. Orders are often completely wrong and frequently given away to delivery drivers. Food is taken from peoples orders to fulfill other orders. This location is always clouded with smoke to the point customers can not breathe and are coughing. Do not visit this location if you have any issues with breathing. If you are visiting Memphis and looking to try our BBQ, stay away from this joint as it is the lowest end establishment for BBQ in Memphis. This pace is an embarrassment to Memphis. Spend your money and time here at your own risk.

Ordered a slab of ribs from Hacks Cross location. These were the worst tasting ribs ever. Also, the baked beans were cold and undercooked.

I placed a door dash order. No place to leave special instructions so I called to let them know that I can't have tomatoes on my food due to a food allergy. They put them on there anyway minus the extra onion that I asked for. They also didn't send my soda with my order.
