Tops Bar-B-Q at Hacks Cross

I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldn’t eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasn’t there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness ❤️

They charge you a $1 just to make you pull pork sandwich hot and they dont even put any on there. The sandwich was very dry for a $1 add on just to make it hot. Had to go back twice because they didn't give us all the food at once. Would not recommend.........

Great customer service! Great food! We had a huge issue with Door Dash not delivering all of our food. She brought only a bag of sauce and our two sides. We couldn’t resolve the issue through DD but when we called the restaurant the sweet woman we dealt with (Lori, we think) was fantastic. She said to come on and she’d have things ready to go. Once we arrived, she provided fresh food and extra sides to make up for a mistake that was not even hers. She was so kind and really made up for DD failing at their job.

You ask for white meat you get dark meat not tasty at all this has happen 3 times will never go there again.plus the pork you get is half of what it use to be.seems no one working there listens and is there for a pay check terrible all around.

Ordered on doordash from this location. Didn't recieve my lemonade and the Dr.Pepper was practically carbonated water (when I poured it out in the sink because of how gross it was, it literally looked like water with a hint of brown). Food was cold and looked like they threw it together because they closed in an hour and didn't want to do the order right.

Business opens at 6:30am but no one open there doors until after 8:30am several days during the week. They also make orders incorrect in order to eat! I would recommend offering employees discounted meals or replace them with robots once the computers are up in running in Memphis!

Tops has been my go to for barbecue forever. After being disappointed getting my ribs wrapped in plastic from various locations several times lately the final straw was yesterday. I got a rack of ribs from the Hacks Cross location and the ribs were so over cooked and burnt the weren't edible. I am done with Tops! Tops quality has been going down hill across board for the last several years. Long time customer DONE !!!

Brisket was super dry the pork is super dry also the ribs wasn't good the only thing I've ate there well hell I ate there was a cheeseburger that was good BBQ there is not worth a crap

Worst BBQ nachos ever. Chips are stale, and skimped me on the toppings. I will never buy from this Tops ever again. Only the one on Union or Central BBQ. also the employees were unwelcoming. Not even a hey how are you- when I walked in. Do better

Went through the drive through. Very slow. Got back to work and no bbq sauce. Couldn't eat it with no sauce. Very disappointed. I will definitely be calling the manager.
