1st time patrons. Great food! Service was quick and accurate. Clean and tidy facility. Manager visited the table. Price point is reasonable and portions are good. We will be back!

Had out of town guests and wanted to treat them to some great (usually) TOP burgers. I ordered online and when I picked up my order all 6 burgers and fries, along with the banana pudding, were smashed into one medium bag. Everything looked pretty inedible, and some items were left completely off of the order. I had to return to the store, but unfortunately, I did not have the time for them to remake the entire order. I just apologized to my guests and decided to never purchase anything else from the store again.

Tonya be cooking her sandwiches different compared to other locations it taste super fresh like it just got done smoking its the kind of bqq that would make you wanna smack your moma it taste so good. Always friendly service at all locations.

I guess I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. I placed an online order 30 mins ahead of schedule and still had to wait another 30 mins once I got there. Not to mention that I received a text saying my food was ready for pickup. The kitchen seemed very unorganized as well as expo. My order was placed in the online ordering section even though I was asked and told they were checking on my order for me. I won’t be returning and that’s unfortunate cause I literally live right down the street. Hopefully they can get it together.

I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldn’t eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasn’t there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness ❤️

They charge you a $1 just to make you pull pork sandwich hot and they dont even put any on there. The sandwich was very dry for a $1 add on just to make it hot. Had to go back twice because they didn't give us all the food at once. Would not recommend.........

Great customer service! Great food! We had a huge issue with Door Dash not delivering all of our food. She brought only a bag of sauce and our two sides. We couldn’t resolve the issue through DD but when we called the restaurant the sweet woman we dealt with (Lori, we think) was fantastic. She said to come on and she’d have things ready to go. Once we arrived, she provided fresh food and extra sides to make up for a mistake that was not even hers. She was so kind and really made up for DD failing at their job.

You ask for white meat you get dark meat not tasty at all this has happen 3 times will never go there again.plus the pork you get is half of what it use to be.seems no one working there listens and is there for a pay check terrible all around.

Ordered on doordash from this location. Didn't recieve my lemonade and the Dr.Pepper was practically carbonated water (when I poured it out in the sink because of how gross it was, it literally looked like water with a hint of brown). Food was cold and looked like they threw it together because they closed in an hour and didn't want to do the order right.

Business opens at 6:30am but no one open there doors until after 8:30am several days during the week. They also make orders incorrect in order to eat! I would recommend offering employees discounted meals or replace them with robots once the computers are up in running in Memphis!
