I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldn’t eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasn’t there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness ❤️

Ordered a slab of ribs from Hacks Cross location. These were the worst tasting ribs ever. Also, the baked beans were cold and undercooked.

My nephew is in the military in Korea and he arrived home today (8/1/2024) to attend his great-grandmother funeral on 8/3/2024. The only thing he could talk about was getting a double jumbo pork shoulder meal from Tops. He arrived in Memphis at 5:00 pm & we stopped to visit family for a few hours. We arrived at Tops on Frayser Blvd at 8:45 PM. We went to the drive thru & no response for 5 minutes. No customers were there only 2 cars parked which I’m assuming were employees. At 8:50 he went to the front door & it was locked!!! A lady was looking at him while cleaning up in the inside but NEVER acknowledging him at the front door. At this time 4 other cars went to the drive thru & was not served. Sooooo the company has lost money and has received a bad review due to the employees not wanting to serve customers during regular business hours….Hmmmm??. Please make this make sense!!
