The hamburgers use to be the best in Memphis, but lately the meat has been dry and over cooked with black on the outside of the meat? Maybe they changed meat patties with a new vendor? The fries are very good and tasty.

Horrible meat tough as nails. The employees had no enthusiasm. I'm updating my post from five years ago. When it was fantastic and wonderful, it has gone downhill. Apparently it's all of them tried my luck with another store down in mississippi, and it was horrible too. I guess you can only get the burger there. You can't mess that up. You want some good bbq A&R is great. Forget this place ever existed. This was my final straw.I will never come back here again.

Lived in Memphis area for 40+ yrs and a loyal Top's customer. Over time I have watched this location decline. The burnt oil smell and the dirty dinning room along with disgusting restroom was too much! The reason the concrete at the main entrance is black is because the floor inside is slick with grease. I will not return to this location. I hope management can improve for I do wish Tops the best. Thanks for reading

Food was great. They have boulders blocking the drive thru. So if you didn't know to drive around towards the back on the parking lot you'd think it's closed and you could only use the front door. A sign need to be put there letting patrons know how to get to drive thru window.
The boulders are very big red and colored concrete. Prohibiting anyone from going that way.
I order the sliders. You get 3 for $7.99 . I mixed mine with pork and chicken. And chose for my chicken slider to be sweet bbq sauce and pork was mild heat I think. They were both delicious π. Go head Tops! π

Please find better staff!! They do not listen to your order and give you what they want you to have. Ordered almost $60 bucks worth of food! The sandwiches were made VERY POORLY! BARELY any meat, very small amount of slaw placed in the middle of the sandwich, and hardly any sauce. Potato salad was not good and our nacho plates were just thrown together. Food way too high not to get what you are paying for. Sad you have to travel outside the city to get great service and establishments that make sure their employees are putting out good product. I will not be back to this location! I am sure they don't care because they didn't act like they wanted to be at work anyway.

If you're going to send your paying customers off with no BBQ sauce, at least season the pork! I'm over here eating a bland Tops Meat and slaw sandwich. What is this!? ...And why are you sprinkling paprika on the mac and cheese?! That didn't fix the Mac nor Cheese! What happened to this restaurant?!! (That apple turnover was good though.)
Its very hit or miss. Iβve had my orders taste great and they got the order right, Iβve had orders taste not so great with overcooked meat and the service is never that great but I donβt even expect good customer service in Memphis anymore

I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldnβt eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasnβt there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness β€οΈ
