I noticed that the women employees don't where hair nets. The last several times I was there. They are not wearing hair covers. Not sure if that is in the policy, but it doesn't look good.

Ordered the Policeman sandwich and the order taker act like she had no idea what was on the menu. After sitting in line for about 20 min for them to give me an ordinary cheeseburger 🍔 🙃. The worker looked annoyed and told me to pull to the front door 🚪. They went and throwed the missing meat on the sandwich and brought it out with the same fries. They are usually on point 👉 and I was disappointed 😞. It's already a complicated sandwich that already cost 13.00 dollars. So this is not a cheap sandwich 🤔 😳 I've never had a problem there before. 💯

Ordered a slab of ribs from Hacks Cross location. These were the worst tasting ribs ever. Also, the baked beans were cold and undercooked.

Went with work crew and was 1st to order was busier then usual but seemed to be moving fast out of 7 in our group not only was I last to get my food but 3 people behind me got their food fist when I got my burger it was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it!!!!!!!

We walked out after standing at the register for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged. It was not busy at all. As the manager was explaining to the other employees how slow it’s been and needing to send people home, well we know why. Inexplicably bad service.

I ordered a turkey burger combo NO CHEESE. Upon driving to the window to pay I told the lady at the window please make sure my turkey burger has NO CHEESE on it. Then another lady comes to the window and tells me to pull around to the front so they can cook my turkey burger fresh. Again I said please make sure it has NO CHEESE. I was hoping my burger would be fresh anytime I order. I don't know why she made that statement about being fresh...Anywho, after waiting around front in my car for about 25 mins. Another lady comes out with my ordered with CHEESE! I was so mad! I politely took my order back in and requested my money back. I was not about to wait another 25 minutes for a turkey burger. How many times do I need to say NO CHEESE!!!! to get a turkey burger with NO CHEESE!!!
