First off let me day that the food and atmosphere is always great when I go to this Tops. Everyone is very sweet and I love the service. That being said They never answer their phone and close early every night. If they say they close at 10:00pm you better be in the line by 8:30 or they will not take your order.

I had not had Tops BBQ in 15 years ! One bite and I was transported backed to years gone by ! It tasted exactly the same ! The generous amount of meat with the perfect amount of sauce & slaw ! O M G ! It was delicious !

best pulled pork I have had in a long time. I will always recommend this restaurant to everyone. fabulous flavor and friendly service. can't wait to visit there and try something different.

I noticed that the women employees don't where hair nets. The last several times I was there. They are not wearing hair covers. Not sure if that is in the policy, but it doesn't look good.

Ordered the Policeman sandwich and the order taker act like she had no idea what was on the menu. After sitting in line for about 20 min for them to give me an ordinary cheeseburger 🍔 🙃. The worker looked annoyed and told me to pull to the front door 🚪. They went and throwed the missing meat on the sandwich and brought it out with the same fries. They are usually on point 👉 and I was disappointed 😞. It's already a complicated sandwich that already cost 13.00 dollars. So this is not a cheap sandwich 🤔 😳 I've never had a problem there before. 💯

Service is awful here. You are not greeted to pick up a $30 order but they will send some one from the back to sell a woman that walked in yelling after me to sell a dollar cup of ice.
Sick of local restaurants whining about failing when they let their staff decide if you deserve attention or not. All customers should matter, not just the lady that wanted to buy ice.
Sorry for not being who your counter person thinks is worth waiting on. I can not change my skin tone.
I finally got my order, got it home and they gave me FIVE buns. I ordered a six pack.
Thankfully there are plenty of other bbq shops that actually acknowledge their customers and can count to six.
