Tops has some really good food. Especially in Memphis

Basically the lady at the order counter was more obsessed with opening wrapped change into the money drawer than bringing out the food to us. I didn't see heat lamp so one burger cooled off.....rather than bring a partial order out. I spilled my drink and felt obligated to wipe it all up. I didn't mind doing it but when the same person, mentioned above, there was no offer of help.

Stopped for late lunch, 1:25 on a Sunday. Ordered 1 brisket sandwich, 1 cheese burger and 1 french fries. In drive thru. Paid, then was asked to pull forward and they would bring it out. 2 cars came in behind me over the next 10 minutes. ..... They both received their orders in another 10 minutes....and pulled out. I waited patiently but I looked at the receipt time and it was now 25 minutes from ordering . I went in to see the issue. No sorry, No reaction really. The cook simply said there are only 3 of them. Another 5 minutes they plopped the sack on the counter and walked off. On top of forgetting me in the drive thru, the food was cold. Terrible service, Poor management ( schedule 3 workers for a restaurant) Never again.

It smelled terrible when we walked through the door which should have been a red flag but we were staying at the Holiday Inn Express across the street so it was convenient…never had such bland tasteless old cold stale food from a restaurant before….the place should be shut down ….we were visiting and in such of good food….this place is definitely not it…save your money and your time!

I always use to love coming to this Tops because of the Drive Thru but within the last 2 months they have gotten TERRIBLE. Food not cooked right, one day I got a pulled pork and it tasted like crap and they are ALWAYS slow. Just got out the line after being there for 20 minutes. I normally don’t write reviews but I hope the manager or owner sees this and makes changes. Wondering did they get under new management.

best pulled pork I have had in a long time. I will always recommend this restaurant to everyone. fabulous flavor and friendly service. can't wait to visit there and try something different.
Never again, Absolutely the worst experience ever,don't go for breakfast because it took me blowing my horn several times just to get these so called employees to take my order and food was a disgrace
