I ordered 4 combos online,said ready in 20min but I gave them more like an hour....Get there,they only have two combos ready,saying they don't see the other two combo orders,when they are all on the same ticket....Had to pull up my online receipt and then wait for another 20min for my other two combos...I had specific instructions on my combo and they got it wrong...Spent nearly $50 and the cashier had the nerve to be mad,because I wanted my order like I paid for it....I paid $10 in upgrades and didn't get it....Start back going to the one on Summer,this one is lazy and rude when it comes to making customers happy

I can never be disappointed with Tops BBQ! The turkey burgers are cooked fresh to order, and the mild sauce carries well on the pulled pork sandwich. Sometimes the fries are a bit crispier than I'd like, but I'd rather have hot fries than cold and limp. I always get a large sweet tea on the way out. Customer service is amazing and welcomed in every customer.
The BBQ pork was dry and hard on the sandwich!!! At the Rhodes store.Parking: Parking lot is small.

Justin P. took my order, l am hard of hearing. He was so gentle and sweet with me. Most of the young people l deal with are so rude and disrespectful. He was a true delight. My food was excellent. My burger perfectly dressed. I first went to this location in 1964.l will be back.

I ordered a regular and jumbo bbq sandwich. There was a lot of burnt bbq on both of them. The flavor was burnt and left a bitter taste. The service was good but meat not. I tried to call the restaurant but it went to auto voice mail and I could not go back as we had other plans. Our order was very disappointing.
