Ordered three burgers before returning to Nashville one was for my mother-in-law who has had a stroke each and everyone of the burgers were cold. Not cooked fully and pink. NOT the Tops I know. Nice ladies discussing the year they were born, a young white girl with no upper teeth, before noon 10/27/2025. Your cook sucks and shouldn't serve half cooked burgers that makes your stomach hurt. I'm staying away from this place, didn't think it would still be open, only stopped because it was on the way. I desire corrective action via email. Thank you.

Their sandwiches are the best. I love the pulled pork sandwich and they have one of the best burgers in town. They also have some really good Bar-b-q nachos.
I ordered the loaded fries. I wouldn’t eat them. It appeared thrown together, and quality just wasn’t there guys. Very disappointing to spend $15 almost and it went in the trash. If ur gonna make it ur gonna have to do better . I say with upmost kindness ❤️

The apple pie is here are absolutely horrible. I didn't say any sugar or any cinnamon until I got to the bottom of the pie. You'll be better off just to go to the corner store and buy a hostess.

Just ordered some cheese fries and my fries are basically frozen. There’s no excuse for something like this. I order tops all the time and there’s always slight mistakes but never nothing like this. I’m so disappointed.
