Torchy's Tacos

Delicious. I would eat it again! I got the chicken taco bowl thing. Delicious! However, nothing on menu that my 18mth old could eat. Everything, even the refried beans were a bit spicy.

Scheduled a pickup for 7pm and they didn’t even see it. The manager was very condescending about it. Absolutely insane behavior

Green chili queso was very lukewarm. This is the 2nd time. One time when the restaurant had just opened for the day. I couldn't believe I that was when stuff was the freshest, I guess not.

We absolutely loved the Torchy's giant meal we got to go. Our.group loved all of the sides and sauces. It was a festivus miracle!

I usually always get the tacos which are really good but the other day when I went in there were computer screens to order on instead of people taking your order....I was scrolling through options and found an Airstream salad on a secret menu section and it did not disappoint - I got it with the fajita chicken. The 3 stars for service is bc of the lack of human service we got. They used to take your order at the counter and now that they have these computers the person behind the counter didn't even turn around yet the computer asks for a tip at checkout....I get that they bring your food to the table but that's literally it, what am I paying you extra to do, your job as a food runner? This is coming from a former server and bar tender so I think that says alot - if you're going to move to everything being digital, and not provide actual SERVICE then don't ask for a 25% tip - it's just getting ridiculous- rant over but either way I'll go back for sure and recommend but I won't be tipping as much as I do everywhere else where I get human interaction so I hope they are paying their employees well enough bc I know I'm not alone in this thought process!

Thinking about placing a catering order because it was recommended by a friend but I had never tried their food. Ordered 2 fajitas street corn and churros delivery. Arrived cold tightly wrapped and assembled so they were mushy. I have never seen fajitas served. Assembled. They usually come with condiments, filling and tortillas on the side. Didn’t give the requested sauces I chose as an option. I had to throw their tortillas away and use my own. Churros were good. Pretty disappointing over all. May need to find another resource for the 100 plate catering order I want to place

While dining here one night they lost my order, but it's not about that. The manager and a couple of the employees did everything they could to get me my food and made up for the mistake exemly well.

I’ve been going to Torchy’s for years now but I am finally at my wits end with this location and I won’t be back. I’ll just have to enjoy Torchy’s out of town. No matter if I get my order from the drive-thru or delivered, my chosen sauces are NEVER in the bag. I also NEVER get my drinks via delivery. They constantly shove that green tomatillo sauce in your bag as if what you would like does not matter. Every delivery order I receive has the wrong sauce as well and my drink is always missing . Every dasher says the same thing, “ They didn’t give me a drink.” This happens everytime I chose to eat from here and I’m honestly and truly tired of it. Picking the right sauce and handing over a drink to the delivery partner is literally so simple but it’s impossible with this location. On my receipt below you can clearly see Diablo sauce (bright orange colored) and a kids coke, I received neither. Just that disgusting green tomatillo sauce and no drink!
