Torchy's Tacos

I’ve been going to Torchy’s for years now but I am finally at my wits end with this location and I won’t be back. I’ll just have to enjoy Torchy’s out of town. No matter if I get my order from the drive-thru or delivered, my chosen sauces are NEVER in the bag. I also NEVER get my drinks via delivery. They constantly shove that green tomatillo sauce in your bag as if what you would like does not matter. Every delivery order I receive has the wrong sauce as well and my drink is always missing . Every dasher says the same thing, “ They didn’t give me a drink.” This happens everytime I chose to eat from here and I’m honestly and truly tired of it. Picking the right sauce and handing over a drink to the delivery partner is literally so simple but it’s impossible with this location. On my receipt below you can clearly see Diablo sauce (bright orange colored) and a kids coke, I received neither. Just that disgusting green tomatillo sauce and no drink!

I love Torchy’s but I hate these new kiosks that they installed. Please get rid of them and remake the human element.

Such fresh ingredients. The tortillas seem home made…maybe they are! Many sauce options. Something for all taste buds. My Baja shrimp tacos were fire. Light. Fresh and hit the spot. They have computer tellers but someone came and took our order. That was accommodating. We visit here whenever we are in the area!

Our favourite mexican spot in Memphis! Everything is so fresh and deliciously flavoured. We tried almost everything on the menu and it's all amazing!

This was my first time visiting a week ago. We ordered 1 of each beef option to try. The to go portions were small, kid size small. The tortillas used on them were nasty and the texture was off. I was starving but could not eat any of these. We also ordered the street corn and tater tots. The tots were ok but the cheese and bacon was on top only. The street corn was over cooked and let me add that the meat on some of the tacos was over cooked and unchewable. I was disappointed but the location area looked great. edit: 8/3/25..i am just now reviewing the response from the owner to this post I made. I had a loss in my family recently is the reason I had not checked here for replies. You stated you sorry for not living up to my taco loving soul? well you surely being unprofessional and petty at the same time. What do you know about any one's soul? Keep your unprofessional comments to yourself please and thankyou. The disrespect is comical from your side. Do enjoy the donation I made to your establishment.

First time here and wasn't familiar with the menu. didnt mean to order one taco. had to pickup burgers after to follow up lunch. didnt mean to order spicy items either. will know more for next time. The bar tender was very polite.

DO NOT recommend eating here unless you are okay with eating fire! The staff was rude even I thought we told them it was our first time. WE WILL NEVER CROSS THE THRESHOLD OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. Save yourself the heartburn, wasted money and disappointment.

Go elsewhere where the service is better and the food is edible.
