The chips are toooooo salty! I have been 3 times and it's hit or miss. I like the 1 in Texas way better. The staff are nice doe. The food just needs work. And the queso is a tad bit salty also. The baja shrimp taco's are my favorite (Texas) Memphis needs to be revamped.

I generally avoid dairy. I had googled and it said they had a vegan taco but they didn't have it on the menu. The cashier was new and didn't have a lot of guidance on what could be made without dairy. I got the trailer park without the sauce and cheese. It was still pretty good. My husband got the grande burrito with chicken and it was not good. We also got the trio dip app. Guac was great, got the tomatillo salsa and it was amazing! The cheese dip was really rich and chunky. It was ok but very different from anything else I've had. Service was great.

Holy moly...... back again and the Torchy's experience was DAMN GOOD as always. Sarah is no longer with the company but the bartender Zoe was very nice and personable and was very knowledgeable about the drinks and the food menu. Wow... glad that I was able to find this great restaurant and make it a part of my weekly meals.

Loved my experience at Torchy's with Cynthia! Chips and queso with chorizo added is amazing! Not to mention the Brushfire taco, a jerk chicken taco (with my fav mangos)! To top it off I had a strawberry top shelf margarita on the rocks! ? I will be coming back....❤️

Torchy’s is one of our favorites! We live 30 minutes away and we like to go on some Saturdays to eat lunch. We went today and of course, it was so good! We love the queso. It is just spicy enough to get a kick, but not too hot. We order it every visit. The tacos are incredible. I love the “trailer park” with grilled chicken. My husband likes to try the taco of the month to try something new. There are so many varieties to have something for everyone!

Went in for a quick bite, left a lifelong customer. The trailer park trashy taco was so yummy and I also enjoyed the brushfire for that hot kick I needed to get through my day. Simone is the greatest ever she greeted me with a warm smile and helped me navigate all the wonderful options torchys has to offer. Definitely coming back soon, Bringing the wife and kids. Great people, great food, great tacos. Don't let the outside fool you, the vibe inside is sports-taco. Great flavors. Frozen margs, 5 or 6 tequila brands, 7 or 8 draft beers. Comfortable bar seats.

I work at the YMCA downtown as a membership coordinator… and I signed one of the owners of Torchy’s up for a membership. Gave away gift cards and coupons for how nice I was. On a Saturday evening I decided to go try it out. Never been and was super excited. The guy who took my order was extremely patient and sweet. I didn't know it was a small taco so I decided to order two more and and the queso…… the first time I didn’t wait long for my Mr. Orange Taco… the second time I ordered, it took almost 30-40 mins… at first I didn’t have a problem. The problem was the workers. No communication to customers on why they are behind. Kept sending the front person to talk to customers. And finally when I had enough of waiting, they decided to give me a refund and still give me the food…. Took another 10 mins. After that, a darker girl( African American) literally walked right past me, and asked other customers if they had the order I had. If I would’ve never spoke up, she most definitely wouldn’t given it to me. Didn’t say what food it was in the or the name or even the number of the buzzer I had. I’ve worked in the food industry for more than 10 years. That was not acceptable on how she did that.
