Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The Germantown Pkwy location has amazing service. I tried their food for the first time. The young lady helped me decide on the Caribbean Jerk wrap (bomb!), the manager assisted me with choosing smoothies, and they were so nice. I will definitely be back. I had a great experience and received some good food!

Employees without hair restraints and some with hats but their hair is like a mope dangling over my food while they prepare it. Disgusting for a food professional.

Second time after coming here my debit card and credit card have been compromised and I wake up to pending authorizations of apple and other places will never come back here

Friendly and patient staff. Quick. The food and smoothie was good.

The lady that was working the cash register was also preparing the smoothie, which i told her was very unsanitary because handling money and food is very unclean. She seemed unconcerned when told. This was a foreign lady working the window and drinks.

I placed a delivery order through the app. I had DoorDash cancel it for me because it took well over an hour. When I called 3-4 time the people at the restaurant supposedly couldn’t hear me. After Doordash cancelled my order Tropical Smoothie Cafe then placed another order without my permission and charged me more money. I love the restaurant but I will never again patronize this location

Night crew trash male woman at the register gone tell me as soon as I pulled to the window she not scanning the barcodes right now once I get my receipt I can add the receipt through the app to get my points my response was yall can’t scan it she tell me they short staffed I can add it once I get the receipt my first time ever hearing that! What’s the point of having the app if I can’t use my rewards or get points!

This cafe WILL NOT fulfill orders that are made through the app.. even if you pick “cafe pick up” they will insist on having you wait in the drive through for 30 minutes for a smoothie you ordered 30 minutes ago. The app is USELESS and a money grabber. Workers are highly irresponsible and the quality of service has become terrible over the years… I literally go out of my way now to pick up smoothie king.. AND I OWN A GYM ON THE SAME STREET AS THIS PLACE. And I’ll still rather add 16 minutes to my commute to avoid giving this POS money

Orderd a mobile order, only to find out they locked the lobby. They won’t let you get your mobile order unless you sit in a line of 10 cars. Took over 30 minutes for now what is cold food. Horrible location. Zero stars, will never return.

New experience

The customer service is horrible at this location. I ordered the 3 cheese dilla, the food was extremely cold. I called to report this to the manger and the young lady Navya stated he wasn’t available but she could assist me. After telling her my issue she told me it wasn’t nothing they can do about it. Disappointed!!!———- Update.. The Corporate office refunded me my money. I changed the ratings, but to only 3 stars because u shouldn’t have to go through all of this.
