Worst tropical smoothie in the city and I’m not picky but it makes me mad every time I go here and my sandwich is made poorly every time and I’ve been here multiple times in the last few months and I don’t remember one time they made my sandwich how other tropical smoothies make it, and the folks working there don’t make it no better the inside of the restaurant stinks smells like BO

The smoothie had strawberries when I requested none. I could see the seeds and chunks of strawberry. When I told the worker, he argued and said that it didn’t have them.

First, the guy taking my order at the speaker seemed like he was annoyed before I even spoke. My chicken wrap was made very poorly. The wrap was burned, the lettuce was wilted the tomatoes were old, they put bacon on it which does not come on the sandwich. Also, I do not eat pork! There was little to no chicken and the chicken was cold. This was not a good experience. I will not return.

Don’t make people come inside for mobile orders

Food is great, but they can’t hand you your pick up order through the drive-through. they didnt have customers inside or in the drive-through, not sure if its some weird policy they have to follow. Frustrating when you have to get kids out of car just to grab a meal that was already ready and sitting by the drive thru window
This is absolutely the worst location in Memphis! They will not replace their mistakes! The wrap had a hair in it and these foreigners are known for not being very sanitary! Smoothie was nothing but ice with no flavor and they had the nerve to be rude the lady Gina in the photo had the nerve to stick up her middle finger once I told her I was making a report!!! ! Go to Smoothie King instead they are cheaper and bigger cups!

I just went there for Flip Flop Day free smoothie day. It was good. The smoothie was fresh, fruit and had a good taste. The staff was friendly.
