Tropical smoothie always mess my order up when, I DoorDash and I always call after I order to make sure they have my order correct, I pay $22 dollars for this bowl on door dash and then they get mad cause they mess your bowl up and hang the phone up and I’m very dissatisfied. I would not recommend no one for that location 2 stars

This was my first time trying Tropical Smoothie, and the experience was amazing!

The staff were very friendly and polite, and they helped me pick the right option.

The Mango Monsoon was delicious, and the place is peaceful—perfect for a quick refresh break. The store was very clean and spotless, which made the visit even better

Ordered smoothie with no bananas. When I tasted the smoothie I tasted bananas. I asked to exchange the smoothie and was told there was a difference in price. I was willing to pay the difference and the person said he couldn’t do that and I asked for a refund. Very displeased and a waste of time

I ordered the pair and save turkey sandwich add spinach (additional charge) only to get back to work and there is no spinach on my sandwich and the sandwich was very cold. My order was placed correctly through the app and the receipt confirmed my order however, I did not get what I paid for. I called several times to resolve the matter with no answer. I visited the store for pickup and there was not a large crowd. I am highly disappointed with the declining service. This is not the first time. Unfortunately, the service is inconsistent

Food and smoothie was good but the cashier everytime I come she looks at me in a funny way not friendly so why bother to continue to spend my money here she's indian or Pakistan I don't want to call out race more so of her not being friendly and polite.

Came here because my daughter wanted a smoothie. I walk in to get the food and drinks. The guy making my food put everything in my bag. Then took one of my quesadilla out my bag and gave it away. I asked the guy did you give away my food? He said his making it right now. When I clearly seen take it out the bag and give it away. I ordered online and the person they gave my food to walked in before me and just ordered. SMH then to lie to me when Im sitting there watching. That doesn’t sit right with me
