Wasn’t greeted when I walked through the door , when you ask for recommendation they don’t know at all . Drunk was ok ! 5/10

My husband and I visited this location tonight and ordered our usual Acai Berry Boost Smoothie. Unfortunately, it had an overwhelmingly unpleasant taste — almost like dirt. We initially thought it might have been from unclean or possibly spoiled or molded berries, so we politely asked the staff to taste it. They remade the smoothie, but it still had the same off flavor.

When we expressed our concern, the staff insisted that it was “fine” and declined to offer a refund or a replacement with another smoothie. This was disappointing, especially since we’ve ordered this exact smoothie for the past three days and know how it should taste.

This experience left us questioning the consistency and cleanliness of the ingredients being used. Sadly, due to the lack of customer service and the handling of our concern, we’re unsure if we’ll be returning.
It makes me very uncomfortable eating berries at this location as it wasn't even considered that something is wrong with the fruit. If they truly tasted it, they'd be spitting it out as we did. It's not right if both of us were gagging from the taste.

This Tropical smoothie location actually isn't all that bad the only 'one' discrepancy I had was about a smoothie that wasn't made at a high level of standard how it's normally made (not enough to stop going). It was a little rough at first trying to get them to remake another smoothie - but they did replace it. Although something has slightly changed about the level of sweetness in their smoothies 'half turbinado' appears to be almost no turbinado it lacks in sweetness quite a bit. However, I wonder if they would start considering using Blue Agave to sweetened their smoothies? The flavor of blue agave is sooooo much better than sugar a few swirls in each smoothie would provide a smooth silky texture with the right amount of sweetness and an unforgettable more enjoyable smoothie ☺️. Something they should strongly consider.

I visit this location Austin Peay for the 2 time. Another bad experience. The smoothie was spoil. I had to pull over to vomit due to something in the smoothie was spoil. Banana be rotten. Why serve a banana that brown, soft and open (piled open a little) that is nasty. I ask to for another banana due to the banana is not fresh and open. they refused to give me another one. This is the 2nd review I done left about this location. I will not return again. recommend no to this business again.

I feel like my experience was taken away from me because the corn was burnt it reminded me of The Simpsons when they came out with tomato cigarettes my you I don’t smoke, but I know what it smells like and it was horrible. My wrap came apart. My meat was cold. My chicken was cold. I think I’ll pass.
