I travel all around rural Arkansas, Mississippi & Tennessee for work, and stumbled upon Tuyen's last year. I know make a point of flying in/out of Memphis whenever possible (even if it adds some time to my drive) just so I can eat here. Is there better Vietnamese food in all of the Mid-South?

Egg arrived in the fried rice, but it wasn't listed as an ingredient on the menu amd my guest was treated poorly when she inquired from the staff. The owner got mad and demanded I pay for the dish. Only the Pho was good which I ate and happily paid for, but declined to participate in her insanity when she added extra ingredients on a whim. The spring rolls weren't that good either like the quality of the ingredients were lacking. I won't return. My guest left hungry.

The food was definitely excellent and authentic. The waitress was very friendly and the owner came out to say hi as well. Very good service.

Very clean, owner courteous. I had a noodle bowl (Pho) that was delicious and bite size fried wontons filled with shrimp and pork...so crispy on the outside and moist inside. A very pleasant eating experience. I will be going back .
