This having been our first time eating here, we seriously underestimated the amount of food we were going to get. The menu had so many delicious sounding items that we ordered several dishes. The portion sizes are huge! The only thing not huge was the mini Vegi Eggrolls, because they are supposed to be tiny, adorable little snacks of fried goodness and they succeeded in that goal. That being said, it was still a good sized Appetizer portion. The Tofu on a Stick was unlike any other Tofu Appetizer we have ever had. It is Tofu wrapped in Noodles, fried, and served with a dipping sauce. So fancy, crunchy, and so delicious! The Vietnamese Pancake was HUGE, fluffy, and filled with delightful chunks of Tofu and Veggies. They bring you Lettuce, Mint, and Cilantro to wrap around the Eggrolls and Pancake, which really adds a lovely contrast of flavors, textures, and freshness. The Asparagus and Mushrooms were cooked perfectly and in a delicious sauce. The Vermicelli and Tofu had a Curry Sauce, Veggies, and Peanuts. It was also amazing. Every dish was perfectly cooked and the flavors beautifully balanced. The server was a bit off standish at first, but she warmed up as things went along. She gave us excellent recommendations and brought the food to us very quickly. It is a small place, so we were glad we went between busy hours, as we can see it filling up quickly. The entire back side of the menu is Vegetarian! It was so refreshing to have choices. We loved every single dish we got and look forward to trying everything on the Vegetarian menu in the future.Vegetarian options: The entire back of the menu is Vegetarian. It is filled with a lovely variety of dishes. They really know their food well and can answer questions without having to ask someone else or guess, which is a very rare find.Dietary restrictions: They know the ingredients in every dish and were able to answer questions easily to help me avoid my food allergies.

A little hole in the wall, but the food was excellent. The lady that "runs" the place was attentive, but not nice (to me ... but was very friendly with other patrons she knew). There was a guy waiter too, that reminded me of Pete Davidson ... and Asian Pete Davidson ?. They have bottled beers and I think they have wine too. Food was excellent.Vegetarian options: The "back" of the menu is a vegetarian menu.Dietary restrictions: Didn't see gluten-free options, but several of the vegetarian options were vegan.Parking: They are in a small strip mall, next to a Mexican restaurant. I found parking, but I can see it being an issue if they get busy.

I have been here many times since the days of the parents Saigon Le and will continue. I also try other good Vietnamese restaurants in Memphis (and all over Viernam during several trips) HCMC to Hanoi and During home stays in the Ha Giang Loop.I love the House Special egg rolls with lettuce wrap and dipping sauce, fish sauce chicken wings appetizers! The menu is large but i do like the Lemongrass with Chicken or tofu. (i like that the lemongrass is finely chopped unlike others)Like so many dishes, receipts vary.So many very good authentic and creative dishes are served here.I do tend to make myself at home and receive a warm welcome everytime.

It is consistently the best southeast Asian cuisine in Memphis!

I was so sad when Saigon Le burned down, it was somewhere I ate weekly. And I was so excited when I learned Tuyen's would have that amazing lemongrass tofu from the Saigon Le days. It's like having an old friend back in your life. We visited this week and it's just as I remember, the perfect amount of spicy (you might sweat a bit!), served in a giant portion (the leftovers we took home were awesome the next day). My tofu was medium-firm, for those who hate mushy tofu. Staff was friendly and prompt, just really glad to have them back!

My husband and I wanted some good noodle soup! After doing some research we stumbled across this place. The food was good however the service was bad. One of the owners was very unwelcoming. For that reason we will not go back.

I found this restaurant on Google after drinking too much in Memphis and needing a hangover. The soup is rich and the spice flavor is not strong, which is good. But the service is a bit poor....

Tuyen's is one of my favorite restaurants in Memphis. I've never had anything that wasn't delicious, & though I can't say I've tried everything on the menu, I have definitely tried a lot of different items. It's definitely worth a trip.

I’m not originally from Memphis. When I first came here I found it difficult to find a Vietnamese restaurant that reminded me of the food from back home. I found this place by chance and I’m so happy that I did. The food is amazing and the owners are welcoming. If anyone needs a good place to eat come here. I’m a regular now and I can’t imagine my life without this Memphis Gem.Egg rolls 10/10Beef Pho 10/10Grilled pork spring rolls 10/10
