I called the establishment and told them that I received burnt old food and in return I got a response of “I’m the manager I fixed it myself.” These chilli cheese fries are disgusting and also he told me he warmed the fries up in the microwave. I will never order from here again. Oh and the burger burnt and nasty.

Awesome burger...not fast food, they prepare it when you order. The fries are real potatoes cut on site, sorta like In N Out. I got the double cheese, which was spectacular! We also ordered the Trippy Hippy (mushroom sandwich) and it was awesome as well Kinda hard to find, in the rear side of the strip center, but it is worth it!

I spent 72.00 dollars at this restaurant which I I’ll never do again! Lady at the bar was very rude and also the cook! Waited an extra 40 mins for food , when I arrived they did not have 2 of the items I order. The only person that seemed to care was the general manager L.A , who supposedly refunded the whole order and apologized. Also the picture is supposed to be the Midterm meltdown ( with no dang cheese ) NEVER AGAIN!

Dallas and LA took awesome care of us. I'm from the Detroit area. The place was kinda slow. (School is out right now). They made fresh "tiger balls" for us. Turned on the Lions game. Made us feel very welcome. Next time I'm thru Memphis I'll be stopping by again!!!Thanks for the hospitality gents!

This place definitely has a college crowd vibe and decent prices. Just wanted a simple burger and tots so my friend and I came here to eat. The place wasn't crowded at all. We were the only ones there. Ordered our food and we sat in a booth and waited. We can see our food being prepared and it came out hot off the grill. I got the Two Timer and Tots. No complaints about the food. For a quick bite to eat this is the place to go to.

The manager at nights is beyond phenomenal. We’ve become regulars not only for the amazing, cooked fresh every time food, but because the service blows our mind with this gentleman EVERY single time. Ubees has been my pregnancy craving and it has killed it every time for us. We came during the day and it was terrible in comparison. Night crew is phenomenal, clean, and personable. I can’t brag enough on the experience we get every time because of the night time crew ONLY. 11/10 recommend and I wish I could put his name here, he deserves all the praise and a raise!!! Thank you!!
