Uncle Lou's Fried Chicken

First time trying them and now every time I come back to Memphis this will be the go to spot! Most places don't live up to the hype but HYPE THEM UP! If I could eat the bones with some sauce, I would..lol 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

Good service and they could have 15 people working at one time - As long as I get my chicken with the hot sauce and hot food - It has nothing to do with me. Also, they pretty nice people and they have many drink options !!

Love the chicken

The lady at the drive thru window had the best personality. However, by it being my first time, I didn't realize the chicken would have a wet sauce, however the sweet/ hot was favorable, I didn't like it wet. Also my fries was limp and warm.

Can't rate the atmosphere but I'm sure it would be a five. I am excited about the location change. While in the same neighborhood (great) the new location has more dine in room plus outside seating but the BEST is the drive thru option. I proud to know that I was eating there before the tv and radio commercials. The chicken is tender never over cooked the burgers are delicious they even offer a variety of desserts.

I order the 4 pc chicken dinner was not good taste like plain chicken and the mac and cheese was mushy and no taste the cole slaw was bland no taste the Green Bean was on good as he. i love the Green beans. Store is clean customer service was nice just need new cooks back there.

Uncle Lou's food and customer service has continued to be very good and consistent, even in the new location. Special shout out to Derrion in drive thru for helping me get the strawberry shortcakes I called about in advance. And his customer service was outstanding!

We went late night ( around 11:25pm they close at 12) so they didn't have fries available as they probably cut the fryers off. They compensated us with a different side and we chose potato salad. They gave us two bowls even though it's supposed to come with one and it was soooo good❗ I mean granny homemade good. The burger didn't have lettuce like I asked but it got an 8/10 from my husband so it's all good. We'll definitely be back.
