This has been one of my favorite places to eat in Memphis since I moved here a couple years ago, which is why leaving it anything less than five stars makes me SO SAD. The quality and wait time has been SUPER hit or miss lately. The consistency, color, and taste is either thick, rich, and amazing or watery, pale, and bland. The quality smoothie bowl you end up with seems to depend on who's working that day. I really do think there is an ingredient being left out sometimes. I called ahead to make an order last week and got my food within the time window and it was GREAT. I ordered the exact same thing in-house this afternoon and waited HALF AN HOUR for runny, poor quality acai. There's a HUGE difference in service and quality now. I may not be back.

I'm waiting on my daughter . I walked around and found this vibe. The workers were knowledgeable and friendly. They encouraged me to try something new. I really like the smoothie . My son enjoyed strawberry banana with almond milk. Thanks ladies! Continue to be great!

This place is really going downhill. I understand you all are understaffed but to only be able to crank out 4 bowls in 30 minutes? We watched how the staff slowly prepared orders. Eventually after waiting 30 minutes for two smoothie bowls we requested a refund for our order because we had class in which the staff member said under her breath "well I've had class too".. food is normally good but not good enough to wait almost 40 minutes for a smoothie. Sad

10/10! I've tried several bowls and all were delicious. The blue lemonade is soooo good. I order through Grubhub and have never had a problem. Always on time. Always still cold. Absolutely love this place. I've ordered so many times in the past month I'm beginning to wonder if they recognize my name. Ha.

Love this place!!!I got the avocado toast and the lavender honey vanilla iced latte.The avocado toast is SO flavorful, and the latte really surprised me!!! I thought it was gonna be good..but not AMAZING!!!As far as the wait times, it can take a while to get your order when it’s busy, so this time I just called ahead, placed my order, and got some gas in the mean time.By the time I was done, I got to Vibes and my order was ready!Easy Peasy!!!Thank you Vibes?

I’ve been to this location twice and not impressed with taste or quality of the items I purchased. Turmeric latte very bland & the classic Açaí bowl I got today. I couldn’t even eat most of the Açaí bowl as the smell coming from bowl was awful. I thought it was maybe the spoon they provided so I got a new spoon once I got home and it still was the same stuffy non clean smell. It’s so weird to describe. So the smell was off putting therefore I couldn’t bother to eat it & it was tossed into trash.
Service does not reflect the name. The staff is definitely not a VIBE. I arrived at 12:07 ordered 2 shots and a smoothie. Someone walked in after me, ordered a bowl and something to drink as I still sat with none of my order. I walked to the counter to ask for a refund. No one asked why or how they could accommodate. Instead, they stood behind the counter discussing what happened among themselves and not to the customer. I did receive a refund but I would've rather had the smoothie I had been thinking about for lunch.

Easy to place orders online and pick up. Their service is fast and friendly. Their smoothie bowls are delicious. I liked when I came to pick up the order they kept it in a fridge so it was fresh and cold. I love all the toppings they add to their smoothie bowls. Would highly recommend!

Truly a refreshing and filling meal. Have been here a couple of times now and the quality and quantity have been superb every time. There are numerous options to choose from the menu for all kinds of taste palettes. Would highly recommend for all foodies!

The staff is super friendly!They don't have anything fully vegan unfortunately. They did customize the acai bowls and smoothies to be vegan friendly for us.Unfortunately the granola isn't even vegan and they don't have agave.We'd definitely come back if they offered more vegan options, had vegan granola and agave.
