Pho is not any good here I mean the soups Owner needed to address this issues out You have to Brood the bones for a few hours to make it good. Disappointed indeed.

I found Vietnam Café ! Years ago, it used to be located on Poplar to the east of Cleveland, near the McDonalds. Apparently the Kroger gas station is where it was. They've relocated and changed their name but the food is still so good.
I was searching for dry tofu like the crispy lemongrass tofu Sen Trang (Pho Hoa Binh before) since they've closed again. I found it !
The lemongrass tofu dish is so delicious, it has better flavor than the Vietnamese place closest to me. The fish sauce was so good I literally wanted to drink the rest of it I didn't use. 😄

Love this place. It’s my go to when I am feeling homesick. Best and most authentic Viet food in Memphis! My favorites are the bun Bo hue and the bun rieu. The rice plates and lemongrass tofu are also amazing! Super friendly staff too.
