Went early this morning, they not letting people in the doors for what??? not sure. Then when I attempt to order online, it says pickup not available. Ridiculous!! I went to the one on germantown & they were busy ( i’m sure the customers left sycamore & went there) waited about 5 minutes & was sat at a table with a smiling faces all around me. Do better sycamore!! it’s a shame

I went to pick up an online order for Doordash to deliver to the customer, and a female employee was instantly very rude. She had a stank attitude and was like “what’s the name ma’am?” with that ratchet snark to her voice. But some dude walks up and she goes, “Thank you for being so patient! 😄” Like, okay. 🤦

I ordered through DoorDash a few days ago, received my order it was phenomenal. Everything was still hot and plated well upon arrival. However, after ordering through DoorDash and receiving my food today I will not order delivery again. My food was thrown all over the plate as if whoever prepared the food was angry. Food was not even warm. I am completely disappointed

The guy walked up and asked if we was ready to order we didn't even have anything to drink or even menus. The coffee was terrible tasting and cold. The guy didn't care I just told him to brink me a orange juice

We called in our breakfast order . We were told what time the order will be ready. We arrived to pick up the order. The order was not ready. The wait staff found the order that was not processed. The order was processed; however, after walk-ins placing their order(s). We hung around and additional 20 minutes to get the order and did not get all of which for which we paid. Disorganization and miscommunication.
