I waited an hour on my food and it came out room temperature. It was late night and I had to order outside and wait on my order. We had a large order and everything was cold. I returned the food as soon as I got it. I wanted it remade, it was such a commotion that I just decided to get a refund instead. I was starving and disappointed.

I went to place a to-go order the guy at the window said the machines are down and they only take cash he took my order..I literally saw him write it on a yellow ticket total was $12..I said do you need my name he said no I give him my phone number to text when food done..he said ok..I get no text 20 minutes later I came to the same take out window staff have no clue where my order is and who took my order and it was never put in..so I had to wait another 10 minutes for food an lady hands me the food and says have a nice day ..I was like it's free for my wait in my head but being a honest person I said I haven't paid for it then she tells me meal over 13 dollars i said the guy said $12 then she took 2 pieces of bacon off my meal saying it was a full meal..hands me back my plate then tells me my meal over $14 then when I told her that's not right she catches an attitude.. Make this make sense u remove item from my plate and it's higher? First of all they need better communication between staff then customer and staff and customer service..So I have to pay more money for their machines being down and staff not putting in my order.A loyal customer wants a free meal for the upcharge..

It's always a good option to get waffles and eggs. The all-star plate is the best one, and it is now $11 or $12 USD. Service was a little slow, I waited around 20 minutes to get my food ready. I do recommend it

Boo!...boo!...so the customer has to pay a "10% take out fee" IN ADDITION to a "10% tip" because WAFFLE HOUSE made a decision to only do take out orders at a certain time and you don't know about up front before you place your order. It's a SMALL yellow sticker on the window I saw after I placed my order. The female handed me my food and closed the window, didn't say thank you, how you doing, have a nice evening, NOTHING!...so everybody go somewhere else or somebody open up a breakfast spot in that area!...that's the problem with us, we get treated any type of way go back, no more!..boo!...boo!

I almost didn’t go because of the reviews. I am here and just finished eating at 10:02AM. Service and food were good. Food was hot and fresh. My plate was cleaned. My daughter said her steak bowl was good.

You can only do Togo at night but they still charge you a Togo fee as well as adding a “service charge” which I’m sure is the tip. I don’t mind tipping for service, however if you can only do Togo why charge for Togo ? Also this is the only Waffle House that has a these prices, I don’t usually come to this Waffle House and I doubt that I will ever come back. You can feel the attitude through the window.
