Went on a wednesday afternoon. This was hands down one of the best experiences i've ever had at a waffle house. The restraunt was well staffed and clean. The staff was friendly and deserves accomadation for their teamwork. 10/10 would visit again

My food was delicious I was truly fully satisfied and blessed at the same time by the cashier. She greeted me with a beautiful 😃 smile when she took my order..i would tell anybody Waffle house on Winchester Rd has 👍 great service and the atmosphere was pleasant as well......

I really wish I was an undercover boss because these people are terrible. I tried to order at the window and 2 females stared at me like I wasn’t there. I left because why would you treat a paying customer like that.

My husband does not eat pork of course ham and grease was all over his food. my food was awful covered in grease also ice cold. Mags weren't right my hash browns were so greasy I could not eat them even after I washed the plastic eatery I was given. I will never ever ever go there again and I do not recommend anyone else either
They don't answer the phone at this place when you call you literally have to go up there place your order at the window after a certain time and wait to be text for your food to be ready it's a horrible process.

I order my breakfast from waffle all the time for pick up and I have never had to go back and complain. My order is exactly what I ordered and ready in a timely manner.

I only leave reviews on places that are really good or really bad. This place disappointed me, twice every restaurant has It’s days, So the first time I was understanding. The second time I went to Pick up window Which is a 20% extra charge to go…(extra 5.66$ plus u they ask for a tip) I was the second person to order as for other cars pulled in Everyone got their food And a text that their food was done. I received no text and got my food last. And The woman that took my order had a Negative attitude. I know it’s waffle house I don’t expect the best but come on. And based off the comments maybe it was a race thing.. hope they do better in the future.

My sister and I visit this restaurant 7-22- 2025, left our food on the table. I sent sweet tea back twice, there was something floating around the bottom. I only ordered bacon and wheat toast. When I finally received my bacon and wheat toast/ the toast was cold no butter no jelly, bacon had egg shell on it I want eggs. My sister ordered the All Star breakfast, with several trips to our table, tea and water first, my tea went back twice,then asked for a coke, my sister had to send her eggs back. Everything was cold when we got it. Asked for the manager, waited then told the waitress we were going 😒
