I had the Southern Fire Whole Wings Chicken and Waffle Combo (ZBO) — absolutely the best in Memphis! The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh, and the waffle was cooked perfectly. The flavor and crunch were unbeatable, and the seasoning was on point with every bite.

I love it!!! I honestly just tried it this year and I’ve been hooked since first bite. They have 2 locations and both are consistent on taste. I basically get the same thing: Mania Special or Zbo Mania (depending on how greedy I feel like being) && sometimes I get REAL greedy and get a side of fried okra (needless to say: my back is big) BUT YES GO EAT @ Waffle Mania!!!
