Food was overpriced. Price for the same amount of fires varies from item to item. Service was slow. Drinks were not refilled. Chicken was the toughest piece of meat I've had in years. Did not receive all my change when paying cash.

Sat down to eat around 7 on a Friday night. The place wasn’t particularly busy. We ordered 4 double cheese burgers, nothing crazy. 30 minutes goes by and our waitress says she’ll check on our food. We don’t hear from her for another 10 minutes even though she’s still walking around waiting on other tables. 50 minutes has now gone by and I ask when our food will be ready; she says the kitchen never got our ticket. At this point, she offers to compensate us for the meal, but can’t tell us when it will be ready. We left.

Stopped on our way home from a long road trip. My son really wanted to visit the pyramid. The look is great. The wait time was ok. Understandable being the weekend after thanksgiving. Still was told 15-20 min and it was really at least 30 min. Got seated and ordered my kids food immediately. 5 min later ordered our food. It took 30 min for my kids to get one burger and one Mac n cheese. With a slight remark of the “kitchen forgot to bring it out.” Took another 10 minutes for my husband and my burger to come out. Food was ok. Didn’t hear from our waitress again until she brought the ticket and walked away while I was asking for a box. She seemed more interested in talking to a friend at another table and getting their food to them early even though we sat down first. So overall a cool looking restaurant with bad service and mediocre food.

The place looks cool and it’s in the bass pro shop. We ate here on a road trip. Food wasn’t terrible but a bit expensive for what it is. Service sucked. Turned an hour meal into two and a half hours. Two other families were eating in the restaurant and our waitress was nowhere to be found even after we got our checks (which took about 20 minutes for us to get after we spent even longer looking for/waiting for our waitress to ask). No refills and nobody else looking over tables in the restaurant. Wouldn’t have tipped the waitress because it was ridiculous, only to find out the tip is added automatically. No wonder they didn’t want to do their jobs. Not usually so critical, but this was the worst place we ate on our road trip in June. Hoping they’ve gotten better service since then. The fish tank was super cool and bass pro shop is fun. Kids would like this place a lot.
