Our bartender Uriel at wahlburgers was amazing to go along with the amazing architecture of the bass pro shop pyramid and the atmosphere it was definitely an experience.

We have eaten at other Wahlburgers and enjoyed. This one was lacking in service and then we got charged an automatic 20% gratuity with no warning. If the service was good or great then we normally tip at least 20%. The food was good but not great so the service caused our experience to question our decision and probably not go back again.

This place was great. The food was excellent. Loved the government cheese and there fried pickles were way better than I expected. I had the OFD burger that has the mushrooms bacon and Swiss, except I had the government cheese which was very good. The service was very good as well. I’d recommend you add this to your itinerary if you’re stopping in at Bass Pro Shop. PS the burgers are big. Probably at least third pound patties so no need to make it a double. The food was good but it was definitely not worth the 40 minute wait. I feel like this establishment would greatly benefit from a buzzer system so patrons can walk around the pyramid while they wait for their food. Also, $6 for fries because it doesn't come with the burger is insane

They were very clear the were NOT Wahlburgers, but Wahlburgers Wild, which meant they did not honor any rewards or anything related to Wahlburgers. Screwed up our order. Food was cold. Burger was average and WAY overpriced. 5 burgers. 1side. $75. For that $, I’d go to 5 guys and at least get free nuts

Food was good. Some other servers were helpful to us, but our server, Angela, was not. I had to flag her down every time we needed something, even to refill our drinks the one time and only time. Just found out the charge to my credit card was incorrect with an additional $12 charge! Not sure if Angela added the extra tip or it by someone else, but that is ridiculous!!! Will be contacting the restaurant and my credit card company when they open tomorrow.
