Customer service associates and some of the cashiers need to be retrained or replaced and more then likely whoever in the office because those on the floor is a representation of upper management

It doesn't matter what day of the week I go, I can NEVER get anyone to actually help me find what I'm looking for. They'll point you in a direction and get back on their phones. The couple of times I did receive help they had no knowledge of what I needed, which led me to another store. Most times I call before making that trip. You can forget about anyone ever answering the phone. The auto service department is your best bet, excellent customer service! ??
