I ordered a two tier cake Dec 5th for my daughter to be picked up on December 19th after noon..while ordering I was told some of the things I was requesting were not available so I had to keep making a different selection...fine I didn't get my first choice however when the order was placed everything I ordered was okay....I went to pay for the cake the cashier didn't give me back the actual cake order receipt line was extremely long so couldn't go back to get it from her so lady in the bakery said that's fine I'll just use your receipt.. Fine I receive text say my cake is ready I order marble I get a white cake.....when I get there the Baker says after the cake is complete one of the colors for the cake didn't come so He had to use blue the cake is for a Girl My Only princess at that!! Open the box the cake is leaning and I just think it looks nothing like what I ordered...have Lizzy on phone she doesn't care I still want it mommy ..I tell the guy hey this cake is leaning oh no I just had to add more icing... Whatever I have people waiting my daughter fine I'm fine and hopefully it taste good...get it home the whole darn cake is leaning and he just decorated the side that he probably thought look the best it's cold and dry I can't get anyone on the phone dialed and tried Evey department no nothing worst experience ever!!! I don't want another cake because your bakery sucks I would like my money back I don't have time for all these trips I suppose to be celebrating my daughter because on here birthday I'll be at work!!! I'll stick to small business cakes for $300 and better overall experience..it's not that you made a mistake but look how I'm handle even after the mistake!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAKE OR EVN SPEEDY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVUCE FOR THAT MATTER
