I've tried Wendy's in West Memphis before, never impressed, and this trip was no different. Order was wrong, but to be fair, part of it was my fault. So, in trying to correct it, I ask if it could be done there at the window, "No sir, you'll have to go back around thru the drive-thru!" Kinda rude. I thought she was joking, laughed, and asked how much the difference would be... "NO, SIR!!, I can't do that, You. Will. Have To. Go. Back. A R O U N D." Making sure to say each word Loud & Clear. I heard you, ... you said for me never to return to this store again, there won't be another trip... A R O U N D!!!

By the way, I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru.

The staff is inattentive and there is always a drug deal going down in the parking lot.

Best advice, order through the app and take 30 minutes to get there. Good luck getting someone's attention behind the counter tho.

Horrible. Food prices are more than drive through menu. Staff rude and unprofessional. Lady at window snatched my soda out of my hand when I told her to fill it up and not halfway. Just a Horrible experience.

12-18-24 @ 11:35 to 11:52 WAITING IN DRIVE THROUGH (2 car in front).... No hello, please hold, No receipt for order, Sandwich wrapped so bad, the wrapped looked Used & cross contamination ie had mustard on it which I did not ask for, fries not fresh @ all...NO pride in the job @ all

We repeated our order and they still got it wrong. The girl at the window was rude. Shouldn't be working there. Asked for a receipt never got it. Refixed my burger and was still wrong.

I went in for an interview that I was scheduled for only to wait for 20 minutes to be told that; They aren’t hiring and they not doing any interviews!! Soo why is it still a sign up everywhere that says yall hiring??? False advertisement maybe?? Waste of time maybe??

After being completely ignored by the 6 employees behind the counter I finally left. How is this place even open? It’s like corporate just threw in the towel after reading the other horrid reviews before this one and said “yeah we’re gonna just let this one be especially awful”

I pulled up in drive through at this location and the employee didn't say anything at the intercom. So I proceeded to the window to let her know that no one said anything at the intercom. She told me that I would have to pull around again or come inside. She could have easily just taken my order. I left and don't plan to come back at all. That was very poor customer service. It was 10/23/24 at 4:15 p.m. That employee gave this location a bad reputation.
