FIRST OFF IM MUSLIM AND DONT WAT PORK WHICH IS WHY I GOT ONE OF THE ONLY SANDWICHES WITHOUT PORK JUST FOR THERE TO BE BACON ON IT. not to mention that absolutely withered lettuce that’s definitely past its expiration date. Now i can’t even eat the lunch i spent money on. Secondly the drink machine was all the way out of everything. And the staff was rude because it was busy and by busy i mean like 6 ppl in the lobby and they couldn’t keep it together. look at that picture…would you eat that??

I went thru the drive thru on 7/12/2025 and ordered 1 large chili. I’ve never had chili that bad from Wendy’s ever‼️ it had literally 3 beans in it 4 big chunks of meat and mostly water with barely any sauce . U could see thru the sauce. Never again at this location

Went through the drive through on 7/9 at about 12:30 PM with 4 or 5 cars in front of me. I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I got to the window and gave them my card and paid. Then I sat there waiting. Apparently they didn't put the chicken into the fryer until I paid. While waiting, I watched the crew screwing around and not paying attention. Multiple items fell off the counter like napkins, bags, and even food items. I just watched as the employees picked them up and put them in the bags for the customers. I finally got my chicken and I asked for my receipt and was told they don't know where it is. I said that's fine and just pulled away. I got to the office and started to eat, only to realize that my chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle. Perhaps this crew needs to pay attention more and stop screwing around.

I love Wendy’s but this location is terrible the wait time is to long to be served cold hamburgers and cold fries this is The 3rd time at the Danny Thomas location that I’ve been served cold food it just doesn’t make sense so therefore I won’t be back here. SMH

The WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to. The store is nasty, they are always out of drinks and condiments, and they charged me more than what was posted on their menu. The food is not been prepared correctly.Been here twice and it is the same experience both times. Fool me twice, shame on me. STAY AWAY!!!

Two of us just wanted a cool drink and to use the restroom. The other one wanted food too. Pineapple and mango drink option was not available. Food was standard chicken nuggets and chips. Restroom was aggressively for customers only because we had to ask for a member of staff to open them for us. Only the men's room was in service, not the women's. However, they were just single rooms inside anyway. The door to the restroom automatically locks when closed so that it can only be opened from the inside. I had low expectations and my experience was slightly worse.
Very impressed with the performance and durability.

The grilled chicken wrap with baked potato is my new favorite from here. I've probably gotten it 10 times in the last month. I usually order on the ap and my order is correct every time and hardly every have to wait. Please keep this item on the menu

I've tried Wendy's in West Memphis before, never impressed, and this trip was no different. Order was wrong, but to be fair, part of it was my fault. So, in trying to correct it, I ask if it could be done there at the window, "No sir, you'll have to go back around thru the drive-thru!" Kinda rude. I thought she was joking, laughed, and asked how much the difference would be... "NO, SIR!!, I can't do that, You. Will. Have To. Go. Back. A R O U N D." Making sure to say each word Loud & Clear. I heard you, ... you said for me never to return to this store again, there won't be another trip... A R O U N D!!!
By the way, I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru.
