I just want to thank Wendy's. Today is Veterans Day and I went in during breakfast and asked if they were doing anything for Veterans. They said yes and I got a free breakfast combo meal. Thank you so much for honoring us Veterans thus way. Great service and the store was very clean.

Staff was very unfriendly. Told me an item wasn't available that I ordered through the mobile app, when faced with changing the mobile order on their side they magically found the item and handed me the order through the window, I said thank you and the woman just slammed the window shut and walked away. GREAT SERVICE!

My decided on Wendy’s on Rockcreek and Germantown Pkwy for dinner. I ordered from drive thru. Get to the window for pickup the cashier asked come I go back to the first window until the food gets done. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food to be bagged cold. Burgers was incorrect, one was supposed to be only ketchup it had all the dressings, both had cheese looked as if it was uncovered in the refrigerator with hard ends. If 0 stars was an option. Disgusting employees.

Went today to get my family's regular biggie bag meals, as we frequent Wendy's atleast once every two weeks! Anywhooo! Today I visited this location for the 2nd time in probably about 5yrs. Everything was exceptional, hot food, the manager I believe her name is Shara or Tara is beautiful and the young men & ladies at drive-thru were so hilarious and sweet 🤏🏾🫶🏾💙
