Drove thru. Was very hungry and ordered baked potato & parmesan salad. The salad was all mushy & wilted and looked like it was freezer burned. It really should not have been served to anyone. I threw it away without eating because i was afraid it would make me sick. The potato looked like it was days old...it was brown and dark inside, also unpalatable.

worst experience drive thru experience I've had at a fast food establishment in the past decade I was overcharged then when I got my refund for the overcharge, it was given to me and nickles on top of that The item I purchased I didn't even receive which was the $1 4pc.chicken nuggets for March madness promotion I will never return to this location and I will go out of my way to go to another location even if this is the closest

Don't expect to use the restroom here.After getting an order thru the drive thru that took over 20 minutes. I moved around to the front to take out my to go bag to the trash can inside, I noticed a employee coming out from restroom. I stood at front by register for another 15 minutes. Several employees saw me but no one acknowledged me. Finally asked for restroom key(because door was locked)I was told they didn't have a restroom and I had to go next door because that's what they had to do.Definitely a health department call. I'll never stop here again

Upon arriving to this spot, I asked the manager if I could get a keychain I didn’t receive from a previous order a couple months back at a different location. After talking to a few people, they all decided they couldn’t honor it. I moved on, and asked if I could just get my receipt and change. After keeping me waiting for multiple minutes outside, I went in. They argued with me, telling me I received both. I did not. They handed me my receipt without my change. Not only is their customer service horrible, but they stole my change. What a horrible experience.

Food was good but had to go inside because they didnt put the butter and sour cream in my bag for my potato.
Restaurants are very nasty and need to be clean. Looks like they've been wearing uniforms all week need to be cleaned, Argue instead of working.Take too long to get your food. cashier acts like she Dont want to be there.

Triflinggggggg triflinggggggggg triflinggggggg do not come to this restaurant food was cold food thrown in the bag any kind of way !!!!!! Kids meal no toy !!!!!!!! Nuggets suppose to be regular got spicy !!!!!!!! And on top of that nuggets cold fries cold burgers cold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered chili didn’t get it !!!! Pulled back up she said they was cooking it !!!!!! And come back now they don’t have any chilli so I can’t get a refund or didn’t try to refund me!!!! Talking bout they only serving nuggets and fries!!!

I wish I could review the food but I never got any. I went in a month ago and told 2 different people my order and no one rang up anything or started cooking anything so I left hungry and mad. I came in today and was the only customer inside and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. Once again I left mad and without getting any food. I've been to this location twice and both times I got zero service and zero food. I will never be going back to this location and I hope no one else does either.
