It’s really bother me at this location that they make the food any kind of way I order a strawberry swirl frosty I ask the young lady to please not put all that syrup at the bottom instead put in the middle please she proceed to say okay and once I get my item she have a smirk on her face and hand me the cup with the syrup full at the bottom after I request them not too I will not be returning to this location. I thought when they reopen it would be better saying workers who don’t care 🤬🤬

Food is good and employees are nice but they always ask for you to pull up-and you will Wait 5-10mins for that-the thing is they just remodeled the restaurant and this is still happening …It always happened before and still happening now it seems-just be minded if ur impatient lol

It’s been a longtime coming in remodeling this Wendy’s. I stop going there because the building from the outside was a sore site to see. Now, I am all in at trying this new Wendy’s.

Never got to get any food. Both doors to the lobby was locked and the drive through line was too long
I walked in and the system was down but Jazaria helped me out! She was very friendly and polite. She should be a manager at this location!

The manager I guess with very short hair who works mornings has the nastiest attitude because I ask how much was the order I'm on lunch and ordering for my job then have the nerve to say "oh she one of them ppl" I hate driving to Bartlet but that's where I go from now on and they food ALWAYS fresh unlike this one ughh never again hate this one on Covington Pike!!!!
