The manager I guess with very short hair who works mornings has the nastiest attitude because I ask how much was the order I'm on lunch and ordering for my job then have the nerve to say "oh she one of them ppl" I hate driving to Bartlet but that's where I go from now on and they food ALWAYS fresh unlike this one ughh never again hate this one on Covington Pike!!!!

Save yourself the frustration and find the next nearest Wendy's location. On the day I visited, at noon they were drive-thru only. I place my order, get my food, & drive off. No straws. Diet drink instead of what I ordered. No cheese on the burger. How does a restaurant with drive-thru only service get that many things wrong on one order? I make my way to the END of the drive-thru line to fix these mistakes.... while I wait, my fries are getting cold. Get the new burger passed hastily out the window. Get straws but the drink machine is not working now. So no chance of getting the right drink. No apologies. No hot fries. No drink. Nope! Never again for this location. You've been warned. Save yourself!
