Save yourself the frustration and find the next nearest Wendy's location. On the day I visited, at noon they were drive-thru only. I place my order, get my food, & drive off. No straws. Diet drink instead of what I ordered. No cheese on the burger. How does a restaurant with drive-thru only service get that many things wrong on one order? I make my way to the END of the drive-thru line to fix these mistakes.... while I wait, my fries are getting cold. Get the new burger passed hastily out the window. Get straws but the drink machine is not working now. So no chance of getting the right drink. No apologies. No hot fries. No drink. Nope! Never again for this location. You've been warned. Save yourself!

Worse location in the city food be ok most days but that customer service is HORRIBLE the lady at the window acts like she don’t want her job if you don’t want to work for Wendy’s mam then you don’t have to …. management needs to have a staff meeting with the front line team or some customer service takes a business a long way and the way the cashier stays with a attitude is beyond me I don’t think Wendy’s knocked on her door and asked her to work for them obviously that’s a job she chose so she needs to act accordingly or let the job go l PLEASE IF YOU are READING THIS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET A NEW FRONT LINE TEAM !!!!!

I should of taken a picture of my food but it just made me so mad I threw it away.The lady’s who run drive thru are so rude and unprofessional.I asked for a sausage croissant with egg and that is not what I received I received a plain bread with egg and cheese BUT NO SAUSAGE and I payed the extra money just to receive something cold.
The manager is really really nice. I’m not the only person who likes her - def keep her happy.

The location on Covington Pike is HORRIBLE!!!!! My order was completely wrong plus it was cold. My chicken sandwich was still frozen in the middle and my fries tasted freezer burned. The staff was rude and on their phones and the inside was filthy.

this was downtown. When we walked in, the manager, I presume, was mopping the floor as we were walking in.. which is a hazard. and the whole time she was on her cell phone, which is rude. she didn't acknowledge us until she wanted to and then took our order she acted as if we interrupted her cell phone time (how rude of us customers). she took our order rudely and in a matter-of-fact way I'm doing you a favor way...wow! this was horrible. well, on my order, I didn't want the sauce that came with it. so when we got our order, it had some American cheese on it which I hate, so I took it back and told her I did not want sauce and she rudely looking me in my eyes as I stared back. you said no sauce, and we didn't put no sauce it came with American cheese, and back on the cell phone she went. I will never eat here again. what is done about rude service? you hate to fight with people handling your food they may spit in it or mop it on the floor. So, here it is, so-called want-to-be manager. you were rude to senior citizens and presented yourself as an uncaring worker ?. we will not be back. of course, you wouldn't care maybe the public will when they read this.

Not very often we have a Wendy's breakfast. I forgot how delicious it was. Super soft biscuits, seasoned potatoes, yum yum good! Service was very good as well. Going to have breakfast at Wendy's more often.
