YUK! Doors were all locked up so I couldn’t dine inside which I planned to do since I’m taking a break from a long night at the hospital. This location could be a gold mine close to the hospital and CBHS, however there is no one there managing the employees. I asked the girl at the window for napkins and sauce for my nuggets - total attitude. Nasty people, Nasty Food .

I placed an online order for lunch and when I got there I waited for 55 minutes in the drive thru while the manager was outside chatting with her employees about someone calling in sick. This is so unprofessional! Why not meet with your employees during a down time after the lunch rush? I had to leave the line after 55 minutes & head to an appointment. I returned to this location after my appointment to get a refund of food I never received. I parked -and went inside to speak with the Manager when I noticed all 3 doors were locked. SEVERAL other people pulled up & tried to go inside but were frustrated that all the doors were locked. The manager of this location, Kianna, needs to be replaced!

This Wendy's is next door to Baptist East Hospital, I'm sure they see their share of emotions. However, I would have appreciated better hospitality or at least some manners. The food was fine, but they should teach employees to bring service with a smile

We have been to this location many, many times and it's consistent at having overcooked food, incorrect orders, overpriced for what you get and the quality, and having horrible weed/pot smells. Sad since it's right next to a hospital and so convenient for employees and patients. Don't waste your time and money. I hope management can get it back under control.

I tried the chicken wrap and my friend had the BBQ chicken nuggets. Starting with the wrap the lettuce was crisp and fresh the chicken was delicious and the sauce probably ranch topped it of. I could have eaten another one, it was that good. The BBQ chicken nuggets were also crispy and lightly covered in sauce and were also delicious unfortunately everything was so good we ate it so fast I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it. But I will next time
Parking: Baptist East location, most were using the drive through. Inside service was very fast and friendly
I visited this location today to order food, but luckily I used the facility first. What I witnessed was very disgusting and disappointing, the employee used the restroom and did not wash her hands, when I came out she was back behind the counter applying lotion, there was also smeared defecation on the walls and the tissue dispenser install #1. This was very disappointing and unsanitary.

Wendy’s was very busy and there was a very long wait time to order inside and I noticed that the people who ordered ahead still had to wait in line to pick up their food that wasn’t ready, clearly under staffed to handle lunch rush

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Asiago Sandwich with a large Strawberry Lemonade. First the order was incorrect, the lady at the window had a terrible attitude. Did not apologize for the order being incorrect. Once I get to my destination. The sandwich on only has one piece of bread and that was on top of sandwich. Wow! Wendy's you guys are working so fast that you have left my bread off the sandwich.
