Worst Wendy’s ever. How you waiting on meat at night and have customers sitting in line for 20mins. They have no sense of urgency. It’s 2 cars in line and they just walking around looking. I gets my food and my fries is cold and burgers look like they been made for about 39mins

I went to the drive-thru at this Wendy's and after placing my order I sat at the window for about 10 minutes before someone even showed up. Someone finally came to the window and asked me to pull up to the door, then she asked had I paid which I have not paid yet. At this point she closed the window and after sitting there another 5 minutes I decided to drive off. No food no pay nothing after sitting in the driveway for about 20 minutes. Worst experience ever!!!

I had one of the most confusing and disorganized experiences I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s tonight.
Staff were friendly, but the operation itself feels completely off-track.

When I reached the pickup window, I wasn’t actually able to pull up because the entire interior of the cash window was being used as storage. The team had me sit far back while they reached out with a long metal tool to manually reset their drive-thru timer device. I’ve never seen that before at any fast-food restaurant. It makes the whole process feel chaotic and rushed.

They were also out of basic items no drink carriers because they’re “waiting on a truck,” no baked potatoes, no chocolate Frosty. I ordered a vanilla Frosty and it came out a dark beige/ligh chocolate color, nothing close to vanilla.

Food accuracy was also an issue. I ordered a Baconator with everything on it, and it only came with the bare minimum toppings that the menu shows by default. Nothing extra was added even though it was requested.

None of this was hostile or rude the staff were doing their best but it definitely felt like the location is struggling hard behind the scenes. I hope they can get caught up on supplies and bring things back to the usual Wendy’s standard because right now it’s far from it.

Being pregnant, i tend to stop here around my appointments and I appreciate the fast service. However in 2 different visits they've gotten my order wrong. Last time they just gave me 2 sandwiches with everything. When I wanted them plain. This time they again gave a sandwich with everything instead of plain. And they forgot my small fry, which i had paid for.
She rang it up correctly, but struggled with assembling the oder correctly.
Im very grateful for this location, but they need to be better at getting orders right.

I ordered a burger, several fries and a salad. it took them 20 minutes to get me my food, and i didn’t even realize they forgot my burger when i was driving off. I spent $35. I went in and asked why it was taking so long, they didn’t even apologize.

God forbid you come in here with a large bill. Cashier had the change in her till, proceeded to go in the back taking 10 minutes to make change, then came back short on the money, and copped an attitude. Additional training would behoove her.
